This looks like the late 1950s to early 1960s to me. ☮️

I have done some research and found out that this film was released in 1948. @@jchow5966

When Lars was in Bergen the cars looked to be from the 1930's.

The question is it before or after the occupation. Looks to me like 1939-40 before the war because there's no mention of the krig. But it could be late 40s.
