It costs $24 for 2hrs, $18 if u have multipass, let's say $20 on avg. They do 100 people a day easily, packed sessions of 50 are normal during peak. Conservatively that's $7m+ revenue in a year. And that's conservative, weekends get more ppl and there's shoe rental, chalk and coffee sales. Even after subtracting operating costs I'm sure investors will make back in a few years. The location is also quite genius, near public transport yet it's not at a high traffic mall, so rent may be lower. It's also by far the most accessible gym in the west of Singapore.

I did! I started with a pretty cheap rental shoe, but then quickly upgraded cos 8 loved climbing so much 😂😂
