Just received a new EVAC chair. I could not raise the handle because it was too far down and stuck where the handle curves. You need to design the handle with a stop to prevent it from going down too far.
We can't use it when too many people are going down at the same time either. These videos need to go over all safety tips to avoid potential disasters!
Where the person is setting up the chair, it is difficult to follow for visual when you are stopping it all the time. For someone who is deaf, it makes it hard to follow.

The chair cannot move because the friction belts retain the chair on the stairs.The chair can only move when downward pressure is applied by the operator.
