I hate trying to explain what my channel is about because I haven't got a clue. It's often a dumb video idea that involves a challenge of some sort. Like wearing heels for 24 hours straight, embarrassing myself in public and just having fun basically hehe.

@@justslightly7794 dairy affects your throat, if you have pain in your throat it's best to not eat dairy, alot of people think you should eat ice when you have pain in your throat, and that is true but loads of people then eat icecream with dairy in it and that actually makes it worse or not better whe talking about eating icecream to help your throat you have to eat watericecream, like ice posicles or ice cubes or something like that. milk and other dairy products increase the production of phlegm that's why. xx

Dinner: 20chicken nuggets with cheese bites and a milkshake
Tea: bacon big tasty meal with a hot chocolate and mcflurry

In health this week we watched the documentary super sized and basically a guy did this but for a month, all his meals had to be McDonalds, he had to Finnish everything he bought, he had to supersize every time they asked and have at least every item on their menu

Diet coke has aspartame in and there have been many tests to prove that aspartame is worse for you than the sugar in normal coke. At the end of the day sugar is a natural product, sweeteners are engineered and chemically made...

Besides being an appetite stimulant your body metabolizes it into formaldehyde for one and in tests 95% of ADHD cases in kids were drastically reduced. It is nothing short of poison
