This works. He came back I was chasing him for so long and once I finally let go and let the universe do it’s thing and stop checking his social media, stopped asking friends about him and just enjoyed the moment and self positivity. I found I can attract more once I radiate that positive energy. He came back and he is chasing me he called me so many times. Begging saying he changed his mind and he wants to talk and listen, saying alllll the things I said when I begged for him. This truly works if u let it. What you put in u get out but trust me. This helped you to relax and show yourself that all you need is you, having someone else is just a bonus, you don't look desperate anymore, way cooler to sit back and if he actualy likes you he'll comeback which he did, he likes the fact that you are being cool now! This is the first time I’ve ‘really’ tried meditation. I used candles and incense and about five minutes in I felt waves going through my body. It got so intense that I felt a bit nauseous and had to pause for a minute, but when I continued I was able to finish and keep control over the feeling.
