I dont have gpu in my laptop can I still run the above model locally? Because I get some errors

What are your errors? You can try to put this in your arguments: --use-cpu all --precision full --no-half --skip-torch-cuda-test. Look here: github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/Command-Line-Arguments-and-Settings

You get the files from cloning it from: github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui

I cloned it and i guess my internet connection was disrupted so i did it again, is that okay or will that do it twice?

it will just overwrite what you downloaded before. You will be ok.

omg so apparently cloning that thing puts a venvpy file or whatever with explicit instruction to use python 3.12
took almost an hour to figure that out lol
