De lá pra cá tornou-se referência folk pra muita gente. Sua música " Trouble", que aliás já foi eleita uma das 50 maiores músicas do Reino Unido, volta e meia é tema desses programas estilo "The Voice" mundo afora. O cara é simplesmente sensacional.
I have listened to Ray ever since he has come into spotlight. His voice is so calming and reminds me of smoke. His voice is smoky and you can really hear it in this song. I have been to his concert in Atlanta and there are no fancy lights, just him in the middle of the stage with his guitar. He plays so quietly but he fills the whole auditorium with his raspy voice and clever music. He truly is my favorite artist and I will always support him.

I had just finished work and was driving back through the beautiful Montreal downtown with CBC radio afterdark and when the host started playing this, I opened all the windows and let the city's atmosphere come in. It was a great moment.
I really enjoy how Ray evolves with every album. He never sounds the same and yet he is always mesmerizing. Love this!

Only heard that there was a new album yesterday, man I can't wait to hear the whole thing from end to end. So lovin this track already, just keeps getting better each time I replay it.Headphones a must! Such an interesting diversion from where I thought he would go after God Willing. He can do no wrong in my eyes/ears. As a musician myself he is an inspiration without bounds. Keep on keeping on Ray!!!

I've been with Ray since the days when I'd say his name and people were like "Who"? Then I'd put an album in their hands, say "Gamechanger", not a ONE didn't come back seriously hooked. Nowadays people know his name, and I'm glad but I hope fame doesn't destroy the quality of his music the way it has with other artists I have loved their early work of. The first being so raw, emotion packed, and all drive.

This is such a fresh groove. I love the scatting. I will be seeing him in Boston, Vermont and Birmingham on his upcoming tour. It will be my 15th time seeing him. I travel the country to see him every time he tours.

I'm not sure how to feel about this after first listen. It's different and I love when artists push the boundries of what we expect from them. I loved Supernova on first listen, this one will probably grow on me. Might smoke a bowl and come back, then it'll just be fantastic.
I'm the exact opposite. I was turned off by Supernova on first listen (and still am, actually). I liked this one on first listen, and now I love it.
