Unsere mittlerweile fünfte Radtour in Marokko seit 2012 steht unter dem Motto: Von Agadir südwärts, soweit unsere Zeit, unsere Kondition und unsere Abenteuerlust reichen. Bevor wir uns auf dem Weg nach Süden machen, gönnen wir uns noch einen Abstecher in das Anti-Atlas Gebirge, in dem es für uns viel Vertrautes zu sehen, aber auch Neues zu entdecken gibt. Die schroffen rotbraunen Berge und trockenen Täler mit grünen Farbtupfern sind faszinierend, aber für uns untrainierte Radler zu Beginn der Saison ziemlich anstrengend. Deshalb beschließen wir, früher als geplant das Gebirge zu verlassen und in Richtung Atlantik zu fahren.
Our fifth bike tour in Morocco since 2012 has the motto: From Agadir southwards, as far as our time, our fitness and our sense of adventure allow. Before we head south, we treat ourselves to a detour to the Anti-Atlas Mountains, where there are a lot of familiar things to see, but also new things to discover. The rugged mountains and dry valleys are fascinating, but quite strenuous for us untrained cyclists at the beginning of the season. That's why we decide to leave the mountains earlier than planned and head towards the Atlantic.

Ich hatte vor 45 Jahren in Marokko öfter mit "Montezumas Rache " zu kämpfen und mich kaum noch getraut irgendwo was Essen zu gehen! Ist wohl heute alles anders ...

Wir hatten diesmal überhaupt keine Probleme mit dem Essen. Bei unserer vorherigen Reise hat es mich einmal erwischt, vermutlich in einem sehr einfachen Restaurant, in dem wir die einzigen Gäste waren und der Koch uns die letzten Reste des 'Tages kurz vor Geschäftsschluss serviert hat.
