There was apparently a really cute nurse at the reception desk. Back then, Kyu was young and believed in love at first sight and fate, so when he saw her for the first time, he knew he had to ask her out or get her number. He was super nervous and didn't get the courage until his last visit. But when he asked her, she rejected him saying she had a boyfriend. Poor baby was crushed. I'll post the link if I can find it.
Kyuhyun is right why be careful if it is not true and not doing anything wrong. I think that what makes Suju members admirable is their more open-mindedness now that they mature. Heechul said something similar, he supports all kinds of love and that when they spread rumor about you, use it to your advantage, make fun of it and they will not be able to use it against you.
