jao lin, i came to the comments because of that! this is actually really live! there are choir tracks synchronized, so perhaps something more as well, but the majority of the drums have the natural timing of live played drums, and there are obvious improvised things going on with the keyboards. she also sings out of tune a couple of times, but other than that, it's just unreasonably good!!
