I just can’t believe how an exercise with a ruler can be so relaxing! And the pen, run along the ruler, is a great ASMR trigger. My mind kept wandering from the test - to those beautiful blue earrings. Thanks, Angelica, for a very restful video.

I would suggest having an open mind and spend time finding what triggers you enjoy, try searching for videos titled "asmr various triggers" or "asmr trigger tests", find what relaxes you 👍
