You do it online by zoom for two weeks and get certificate number of your pass ,to do the CSCS card . you don't pay anything if you are unemployed. There just need proof you are unemployed.
@@containier200 yes you do have to go in person with a form of identity or address to a centre to do the multiple choice questions.45 minutes test . there also take your photo there and give you the results of your test.,there to apply for your card with your reference number from the environment level one class

My guess is it is asking about the color of a mandatory sign. "Warning" sign is just a way to classify signs (mandatory, safe condition, warning...) on a site.
If you know you have to do your CSCS test you should revise these questions as there pretty much basic common sense. Try to understand that the test is in place just to show any employee that you have a basic common sense and knowledge of working SAFELY.
