- Ang new implementation guidelines ay base sa RA 11976 kung saan ang Ease of Doing Business and Ease of Paying of Taxes ay naisabatas netong January 2024.
This video aims to simplified the explanation of RR 7-2024 for the benefit of all taxpayers especially SMEs who choose to handle their BIR compliances.

May guideline po ba kapag ang Service Invoice ay hindi carbonized ang duplicate? Pwede po ba sulatan ito ng ballpen na lang kung walang carbon paper na gagamitin?

mam yun sa resibo naman po ng NON-VAT.. "SERVICE/SALES INVOICE" pa rin po ba or "EXEMPT" po ang ilalagay pagka crossout ng Official Rececipt?
Anong exempt po tinutukoy nyo? Ang pagpipiliian nyo lnag po ay:
1. OR as supplementary receipts; or
2. OR as "Invoice" lang po

Ma'am Paano po kung ang OR ay na cross out at nilagyan nadin ng Billing invoice pero may note na " not Valid to claim Input Tax", need ko bang humingi ulit ng bagong Billing invoice to claim the withholding?
@@eeel815 hi ang input tax po ay iba sa withholdinh tax.
✅ Input tax is a vat from purchases
✅ Withholding tax is income payments paid by your customer
Walang bearing yung "this document is not valid for input tax" kung ang concern po is mag claim ng creditable withholding tax.
Kaya po ito nakalagay sa mga non vat registered na invoices para po kapag meron kayong vatable na customer hindi magamit yung resibo nyo sa pagclaim naman nila ng vat kasi wala naman po kayong vat remittance sa bir.
Non Vat po ang 2 business ng kapatid ko. yung mga OR ginamit pa din namin as proof of sales at nirecord sa books of account. are they valid sa computation ng percentage tax? pero nai-file ko na yung remaining unused OR.
@@rositabalictar9367 hi as i discussed on video po pwede pa din po basta make sure na yung naissue nyo po is lahat ng series (including na duplicate copies) ay dapat may tatak na word ma invoice at naka strike through ang salitang official receipts. Kapag ang naiissue ay hindi nacomply yun, hindi sya valid proof na may nabenta ka
saka po... sa billing/quotation dapat po ba naka attached na rin ang service invoice/sales invoice/exempt?
Magkaiba po ang quotation sa billing. Kapag quotation po means proposal for service offered kapag billing po is statement of account that is for collection.

Ang billing statement ba dapat din i-strikeout and stamped as Billing Invoice? REQUIRED din po ba na BIR registered din ang billing statement or okay lng na sariling template ni company?
Hi po official receipts lang po ang pwede iconvert into invoice. Kung may billing statement po kayo meron din po kayo dati na kapartner neto na official receipts para sa payment ng billing statement. Ang billing statement po ay supplementary receipts na po talaga kaya no need to alter.
Official receipts po yung dapat na documents po na kapartner noon ng billing statement nyo

Hi ma'am good day, may question po is pano yung process kung mag billing pa lang kay client anong gagamitin kong invoice? need pa yung sales invoice kasi not valid na daw yung billing invoice from excel dapat daw converted invoice from BIR na ang gagamitin.

@@Inspectormills1001 hi for this concern po ang magiging document mo po to serve as your billing is yung sales invoice or invoice. Para naman po sa billing invoice na naka excel file lang even wala pa po ang EOPT Act hindi po allowed ang improvised invoices as proof your sales and proof na may for billing kayo kasi ang authorized lang po na principla receipts at supplemenyary documents ay yung may mga permit or Authory To Print (ATP) from BIR.
Yung billing invoice naman po ay pwede as stated sa RR 7-2024 and RR 11-2024 basta po may ATP at hindi naka excel file lang. Ang pinapaconvert lang po sa batas naten ay ang mga Official Receipts kasi ito po ay dating nakabilang as principal receipts ngayon po as discussed po sa video magiging supplementary document na lang sya meaning hindi sya valid document to claim input tax and to use as valid expense kasi supporting docs lang sya. Medyo mahabang paliwanagan kasi ito I suggest consult po kayo if may kakilala kayong accountant usually we charge a consultation po per hour kaya i-maximize nyo po yung mga itatanong nyo para sulit ibabayad nyo dun sa accountant na magcoconsult kayo
Paano po yong non vat na kakaregister lng nung march need na po ba stamp and ideclare?
@@rubyandlyn-c9s hi po if naka Official Receipts pa din po ang naapprove n lay out at naka ATP you are also required to comply RR 7-2024 and RR 11-2024 in case naman po na naka sales invoice or any form ng invoice n ang resibo nyo, don't bother na kasi naka invoice na yung naka ATP at naprint na booklets
Ask ko Ng Po required Po ba si supplier na mag issue Ng sales invoice kahit di pa sya tapos sa service nya let's say for example sa catering need na po ba mag issue Ng sales invoice kahit di pa tapos Yung catering ? Or di pa nasisimulan Yung catering ? Thanks po
Hi po for services po mag issue ka po ng invoice once completed na po yung service, or kapag meron downpayment na nareceived issuehan mo po ng invoice yung partial payment po.
