So they started to mistreat her even more and go on mission to literally end her career. They wouldnt let her go with the others on the world tour as "punishment". The breaking point was when they started spreading lies about her (like saying she was "abusive to a staff member") that nobody would ever believe. They didnt get the response they wanted and doubled down, releasing the dispatch conversation between chuu and said staff member, in the hopes that it would make Chuu look bad and people would take BBC side. But the dispatch made it even MORE clear that chuu was just standing up for herself after years of mistreatment and she did nothing wrong. They tried VERY hard to convince people she was a bad person but it never worked, and many people who knew her personally irl spoke out during that time saying Chuu would NEVER do the things she was accused of. She had tons of support even from Sunmi. Shit hit the fan when they kicked her out of the group for no reason, so all 11 other girls filed to leave the company and luckily the courts sided with them. She still has a lot of trauma over it and crys on stage saying she would never do anything to dissapoint us and its so heartbreaking. In which when she ultimately tried to do something about it she was accused of mistreating her staff(iirc many staff members came out to deny any implications of Chuu mistreating them). Up to the point of Chuu’s departure from Loona, Loona had not been paid a single cent since debut. Other cases of mistreatment I have heard about, but am not 100% sure about the accuracy as this was a while ago: During Chuu’s solo activities she often had to drive herself to and from different schedules as her company would not provide her manager that would drive her. She had to pay out of her own pocket for a fan-meet venue for her birthday celebrations. There’s also some on-camera footage of staff pulling on her hair to get her attention or to call her over to somewhere.
Because Chuu is such a strong vocalist and has such a bright personality, sometimes i forget that she also comes from LOONA, so she's automatically a great dancer.
chuu's stage presence is so massive. im excited to witness this new era of loona it's so amazing to see all of them do so incredible on their own and shine.
It's awesome to have Chuu back with new music. She was one of my favorite members of LOONA. Howl is a great song. It has great choreography. It's super cool that Chuu and Loossemble promoted at the same time. LOONA was one of my ultimate favorite groups. 😍
