    Bhaji Ingredients:-
    फूल गोभी (Cauliflower) - 1/2 कप कटा
    आलू (Potato) - 1 (कटा हुआ)
    शिमला मिर्च (Capsicum )- 1/4 कप कटा
    गाजर (Carrot) - 1/2 कप कटा
    मटर के दाने (Peas) - 1/2 कप
    मक्खन (Butter) - 1 चम्मच
    नमक (Salt) - 1 चम्मच
    पानी (Water) - 1 कप
    ----------
    तेल (Oil) - 1 चम्मच
    मक्खन (Butter) - 2 चम्मच
    प्याज (Onion) - 1 (कटा हुआ)
    अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट (Ginger-Garlic Paste) - 1 चम्मच
    हरी मिर्च (Green Chillies) - 2 (बारीक कटी हुई)
    टमाटर (Tomato) - 2 (कटा हुआ)
    हल्दी पाउडर (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
    पाव भाजी मसाला (Pav Bhaji Masala) - 3 चम्मच
    नमक (Salt) - 1 चम्मच या स्वादानुसार
    कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर (Kashmiri red chilli powder) - 1 चम्मच या स्वादानुसार
    पानी (Water) - 1 कप
    मक्खन (Butter) - 1 चम्मच
    नींबू का रस (Lemon Juice) - 1 चम्मच
    हरी धनिया (Coriander Leaves) - बारीक कटी हुई
    Tips:-
    *To get a dark red color for pav bhaji, use Kashmiri red chilies. This gives a bright red color to the pav bhaji & has less spice heat.
    *You can also use beetroot with other vegetables for a bright red color.
