For the 5th one, you can just weigh one pill & memorise the bottle it came from. If it weighs 1 gram, GIVE THE FRICKIN' BOTTLE TO YA GRAN. If it weighs 1.1 gram, GIVE THE PILLS FROM ANOTHER BOTTLE TO YA GRAN.
The story is just an aid to help you hold all the information in your short term memory. The question was simple, "How can you find out which bottle contains the heavier pills by weighing only once." Not "How can you give grandma her next pill only as soon as possible" Insert: whatever story you want to make the objective seem imperative.
You could take 1 each from 9 bottles. If it's off by .1, then the tenth is 100% safe. If it isn't off, you can mark the 10th as fake and give any from the other 9. You don't need to know which one has 1.1, you only need to know one that isn't.
Bonus riddle: How to sort out the 55 contaminated pills? I believe the average Joe's solution of weighing one bottle is the quickest way getting grandma medicated.
I Think there is a much simpler answer to the last riddle. Take all of the pills from One of the Bottles. When the weigh is 100g then give her one of the pills. When the weigh is 110g then Take any pill from any of the other bottles. And then just buy another measuring scale or new batteries to measure and name all of the bottles.
He can try to place it in order to remember which Pills are from which bottles. Or if He really can't, He can throw them in the trash can and only use the ones in the bottles because He know now which one is bad for his grand mother. (Also i'm not English so sorry if There is faults in My text ^^)
there’s 100 pills per bottle the ones on the scale don’t matter immediately, as long as he remembers how much he put from each bottle then he’ll know which bottle has the 1.1g pills

Oh man, I totally misunderstood the socks riddle! I thought that the third drawer contained both- blue and red socks, and that they were mixed (which was how the video seemed to describe it)… But, I think I may have figured out an answer to that too- Someone check me please. Say that you take a sock out of the top drawer labeled “blue.” Because every box is labeled incorrectly, you will have drawn out a red sock (or maybe blue sock should you have drawn from mixed drawer, but you know that the drawer is incorrect. I’m using red as an example here). So, take the blue label off of the top drawer and put it aside for a moment. Take the red label from the middle sock drawer and put it in its correct place, then mark the drawer as correct. The top drawer now reads “RED.” (correct) The middle drawer has NO label. (NA) The bottom drawer reads “RED/BLUE.” (incorrect) You know that the bottom drawer labeled “RED/BLUE” is incorrect, and also CANNOT be “RED.” Therefore, the bottom drawer, (previously labeled “Red/Blue”) must be “BLUE,” and the middle drawer must be “RED/BLUE.” And this solution works for all three drawers. Say that you take a sock from the bottom red/blue drawer. Say that it is blue. Now, you know that this drawer’s label is incorrect, and so you know that you have just pulled a sock from the blue drawer. You can then take off the “Red/Blue” label and put it aside. You take the “Blue” label off of the top drawer, and put it correctly on the bottom drawer (previously labeled “Red/Blue”), then mark the drawer as correct. The top drawer now has NO label.(NA) The middle drawer now reads “RED” (incorrect) The bottom drawer now reads “BLUE” (correct) You know that the middle drawer labeled “RED” is incorrect, and also CANNOT be “BLUE.” Therefore, the top drawer, (previously labeled “BLUE”) must be “RED,” and the middle drawer must be “RED/ BLUE.”
You must pull a sock from the draw labelled “BLUE/RED” If you have 3 draws all labelled incorrectly, one with only red, one with only blue and one with a mix of red and blue then it will look like this: RED (incorrect) BLUE (incorrect) RED/BLUE (incorrect If you pick a sock from the top draw which is labelled RED, then if the sock is red then as the draw cannot be only red (as you know it is labelled wrong) then it must be RED/BLUE as it cannot be only blue as you just pulled a red sock so now it looks like this: RED/BLUE (correct) BLUE (incorrect) ____ (no label) Then as you know the BLUE label is incorrect you know the bottom draw must be BLUE so the middle one is RED. However. If the sock you drew from the RED draw at the beginning was blue, then you would not know whether the top draw was BLUE or BLUE/RED as both contain blue socks and both could go in that place, so drawing from the “RED” and “BLUE, draws doesn’t work. So you must draw from the “RED/BLUE” draw: You start with RED (incorrect) BLUE (incorrect) RED/BLUE (incorrect) You then pull a red sock out of the draw labelled RED/BLUE and as you know that it cannot be RED/BLUE and it cannot be BLUE (as you pulled a red sock and you already know that RED/BLUE is incorrect) so you know that must be the RED draw you then have this: ____ (no label) BLUE (incorrect) RED (correct) Then as you know BLUE is incorrect you know that the middle one must be BLUE/RED and the top must be BLUE. And then the same works the other way round if you pulled a blue sock.
The tank filling riddle isn't exactly accurate. As the water must go into tank 3 before it can go into tank 4, and we can assume that there is a point in which the water stops filling tank 3 without spilling over, tank 3 would fill up at least one water drop before tank 4 since the water is going from tank 3 into tank 4.
The question is written clearly as which tank/ tanks is filled first. There they showed us there is possibility of getting more than 1 tanks filled at a time and visually it is shown how 3&4 is right answer. So the answer is 3&4.
I agree it is 3 fills first, 4 would absolutely not fill as fast as the animation shows. Secondly it also depends upon the how fast the volume of water is coming from the faucet/tap and the size of the lumens in those conduits. 4 would likely be the second tank to fill but nowhere near as rapidly as animated.
The output to tank 4 is slightly below the top of tank 3, so tank 3 will not be filled until tank 4 is filled to the same level. The answer in the video is correct, tanks 3 and 4 will fill at the same time. Tanks 1 and 2 will never fill, because tanks 3 and 4 will overflow.
The last one all you had to do was weigh one pill from one bottle. If it's 1.1 you know that's the bottle, If it's 1 then you just have her use the pills from that bottle until you get batteries for the scale. WAY faster than that dumb method
he uses it once to find out if that bottle is either 1 gram pill or 1.1 gram pill. If it's 1 gram grandma can use that bottle until you get more batteries for the scale. If it's 1.1 gram then use any other bottle to give to her.
DerNoob VonMorgen Most machines run on batteries. When the batteries are dead. You can buy more batteries. If you still think you can only use the machine once. Well then buy a new machine. Simple as that.
For the fifth riddle all you have to do is put 1 pill from each bottle, as soon as the overall weight of the scale is 0.1g more than any whole number you know the previous bottle you just used is the one that weighs more. Every other bottle is safe to give to grandma.
Yea the riddle says you only can weigh once but doesn't actually specify not allowing you from adding one pill at a time.. you can be quick enough to manage haha. Even quicker if you mark the pill with the bottle it came from before starting haha..
I was thinking that the scale will have battery enough to put one bottle on it, and you can put one, if it shows 100grams, you can continue stacking bottles on bottles. That way you're still weighing one thing, meaning once. Once you hit a ...10 gram you know that that bottle is the one
I know your comment is 4 years old, but logically by adding something to the scale after the initial weighing you're changing what it weighs and thus it becomes a second weighing.
@@ElProf well his solution was stupid tbh plucking out 55 pills answer might as well have been ”he keeps looking in different drawers until he finds a batteri he missed the first time” 😂
I think in the first riddle you could pick any of the drawers. If you pick the first drawer which is blue, there is a possibility that it may be a red&blue or a red. If it is a red sock, that means the second drawer has the red&blue and the third drawer has the blue socks since all the boxes are labelled incorrectly. It goes like this -first drawer -Blue(incorrect) -Red [correct(I picked a red sock)] My guess: -second drawer -Red (incorrect) -Red and blue (correct) -Third drawer -Red&Blue (incorrect) -Blue (correct) You cannot assume that the second drawer contains blue since it makes the third drawer true, assuming the second drawer contains blue will only make a hypothesis that the third drawer has the red and blue socks.
Granny doesn’t need ALL the pills right away to live, right? So, can’t you just weigh one to five bottles, if they’re is safe, use them, if not, use the other one(s). Then, once she is okay, find out another way to figure it out, like get a new scale.
I got all but the last one, but what if you just weighed one? If its 1.1 by chance throw it away, that would mean all the others are good, but if its a 1.0 one than just use that one for grandmas medication until you can get more batteries to weigh the rest, i doubt she needs to be taking all 9 pill bottles at once 😅. Great vid man 👍
There’s a loophole to riddle 5: if you weigh any bottle of pills, it will either be 1 gram or 1.1 grams... if it is 1.1 then all of the other bottles are ok. If it is one gram than you know at least one bottle is safe😇.
lilfester661 gaming agreed he said 3 and 4 would be finished at the same time but when 3 is finished the water would just start going to 4 it was even shown like that on the vid
Troy Thompson the way it shows it it's hard to tell but in the vid you can see that the bottom of the tube going into 4 is lower than the top of 3 so 4 would fill to the same height first and then they would both fill at the same time
1st riddle:look inside the draw .-. 2nd riddle: what ever “Pablo” fit in his butt obviously 3rd riddle: tank 3 because you don’t fill a fish tank 100%. Larry needs to get some buckets or a hose. Or just not be a drama queen and turn it off and on when he needs to 4th riddle: the brother of lies is in the middle, but I’m sure my country’s legal department can and would separate them 5th riddle: they are all the same pills even if different the 90% are the pills that she needs and grandma is old so don’t sweat it, she’s had a good time. Probably smoked your friend johns “pipe” if you know what I mean
To all those people who posted they got all of the answers correct, I defy you to explain why DeDonBossMan's answer to 2nd riddle is not more likely. You think it would be that easy to smuggle new bicycles in and old bicycles out? Pablo is up to that? How many dozens of bicycles can he smuggle before getting caught? Or maybe he smuggles used bicycles both ways? How well can you feed your family on a bike smuggler's take?
I mean really, how many times have you heard of one guy smuggling bicycles one at a time, as a career? Think about it. And then ask how many times you've heard of people smuggling things in their butt.
I think that for the last one it would be easier to grab one pill from each bottle put them one the scale (keeping them together) one by one so it can go 1 gram, 2 gram..., until you add one pill and it skips a number let's say from 5 grams to 7 grams the one that you just added that will be the pill with 2 grams
Itzy 29266 there are multiple reasons why this wouldn’t work given the parameters (only can use the scale once), plus its a difference of 0.1 grams per pill for the life saving ones, not 1
Yay I got the very hard one! Edit: I think what gave it away was that the problem suggested multiplication and since you could only weigh once, you would have to have pills from each bottle on the scale, but a different number from each bottle so that you can use math to find which bottle has the different pills.
In the last ridle you could have weight just one pill of one bottle and if it was 1.1 g u knew or if it was 1 g you could use this pill and have time to by batteries for the scale 🤓😂😍😍😍 awsome video
Never heard of communicating vats? But there is a problem with the setup... namely that one and two will never fill up. Three and four will just overflow until he stops the tap.
the last one says life saving so just get a jar weigh it if it ways 100 grams well youre good give that bottle then buy morw batteries, still pretty effective
I got 3 half right and 4 right. Also I have another solution for 5. Line all the bottles up. Place on pill from the first one down. Then the 2nd 3rd and so on. If you place a pill and it has a 0.1 thingy, you found the pill. Pick that pill up. WELL DONE!!!
I came up with a solution for the last one where you would grab one pill from each of the ten bottles and see how the weight of the pills go up by one gram. If the weight were to go up by 1.1 gram, then which ever bottle you got that pill from would be the bad pills. I’m pretty sure this solution would work as well but maybe I’m misunderstanding something.
For the bike one couldn’t the sand have been sand that king George once touched or something and the sombrero dude stole it? That’d still be smuggling lmaoooo
My way of doing the last one was......take one pill from each bottle, and add water slowly into the cup holder of the weighing machine. The last one to float will be the one from the heavier bottle...hahaha
On the 2nd one he forgot to mention that he has a different bike every time, that’s the actual riddle.

The top drawer now reads “RED.” (correct)
The middle drawer has NO label. (NA)
The bottom drawer reads “RED/BLUE.” (incorrect)
You know that the bottom drawer labeled “RED/BLUE” is incorrect, and also CANNOT be “RED.” Therefore, the bottom drawer, (previously labeled “Red/Blue”) must be “BLUE,” and the middle drawer must be “RED/BLUE.”
And this solution works for all three drawers.
The top drawer now has NO label.(NA)
The middle drawer now reads “RED” (incorrect)
The bottom drawer now reads “BLUE” (correct)
You know that the middle drawer labeled “RED” is incorrect, and also CANNOT be “BLUE.” Therefore, the top drawer, (previously labeled “BLUE”) must be “RED,” and the middle drawer must be “RED/ BLUE.”
You must pull a sock from the draw labelled “BLUE/RED”
If you have 3 draws all labelled incorrectly, one with only red, one with only blue and one with a mix of red and blue then it will look like this:
RED (incorrect)
BLUE (incorrect)
RED/BLUE (incorrect
If you pick a sock from the top draw which is labelled RED, then if the sock is red then as the draw cannot be only red (as you know it is labelled wrong) then it must be RED/BLUE as it cannot be only blue as you just pulled a red sock so now it looks like this:
RED/BLUE (correct)
BLUE (incorrect)
____ (no label)
Then as you know the BLUE label is incorrect you know the bottom draw must be BLUE so the middle one is RED.
However.
If the sock you drew from the RED draw at the beginning was blue, then you would not know whether the top draw was BLUE or BLUE/RED as both contain blue socks and both could go in that place, so drawing from the “RED” and “BLUE, draws doesn’t work.
So you must draw from the “RED/BLUE” draw:
You start with
RED (incorrect)
BLUE (incorrect)
RED/BLUE (incorrect)
You then pull a red sock out of the draw labelled RED/BLUE and as you know that it cannot be RED/BLUE and it cannot be BLUE (as you pulled a red sock and you already know that RED/BLUE is incorrect) so you know that must be the RED draw you then have this:
____ (no label)
BLUE (incorrect)
RED (correct)
Then as you know BLUE is incorrect you know that the middle one must be BLUE/RED and the top must be BLUE.

If you pick the first drawer which is blue, there is a possibility that it may be a red&blue or a red. If it is a red sock, that means the second drawer has the red&blue and the third drawer has the blue socks since all the boxes are labelled incorrectly.
It goes like this

lilfester661 gaming agreed he said 3 and 4 would be finished at the same time but when 3 is finished the water would just start going to 4 it was even shown like that on the vid
Troy Thompson the way it shows it it's hard to tell but in the vid you can see that the bottom of the tube going into 4 is lower than the top of 3 so 4 would fill to the same height first and then they would both fill at the same time
last one is brilliant!!
1st riddle:look inside the draw .-.
2nd riddle: what ever “Pablo” fit in his butt obviously
3rd riddle: tank 3 because you don’t fill a fish tank 100%. Larry needs to get some buckets or a hose. Or just not be a drama queen and turn it off and on when he needs to
4th riddle: the brother of lies is in the middle, but I’m sure my country’s legal department can and would separate them
5th riddle: they are all the same pills even if different the 90% are the pills that she needs and grandma is old so don’t sweat it, she’s had a good time. Probably smoked your friend johns “pipe” if you know what I mean
im fucking dead lmfao
Dont be road to yo grandma
You sound like Jamie’s dad from tiktok 😂 “JESUS JAMIE”
Better than most of these vids, except the first one - which could have many answers, e.g. sombreros, shirts...
The last you could solve by taking one pill from each bottle, and add one pill at a time to see if it would weight 0.1 gram more
Luan Rafael Fritoli But the scale would die almost instantly after you placed the first pill.
There’s simple answers to all of these u just give us hard answers
Tell me these simpler answers
On 5 I answered "Charge the scalerr first" xD
I hate doing this with a smartass friend they make you look so stupid😂
I think that for the last one it would be easier to grab one pill from each bottle put them one the scale (keeping them together) one by one so it can go 1 gram, 2 gram..., until you add one pill and it skips a number let's say from 5 grams to 7 grams the one that you just added that will be the pill with 2 grams
Itzy 29266 there are multiple reasons why this wouldn’t work given the parameters (only can use the scale once), plus its a difference of 0.1 grams per pill for the life saving ones, not 1
#2 He could also be smuggleing bags.
Yay I got the very hard one!
Edit: I think what gave it away was that the problem suggested multiplication and since you could only weigh once, you would have to have pills from each bottle on the scale, but a different number from each bottle so that you can use math to find which bottle has the different pills.
ik sloved 3 socks, the one with the bike, the 3 brothers
In the last ridle you could have weight just one pill of one bottle and if it was 1.1 g u knew or if it was 1 g you could use this pill and have time to by batteries for the scale 🤓😂😍😍😍 awsome video
can weigh from 9 bottles don't have to do all 10
No I think it’s 3 that would fill up first. The way the pipe to 4 is illustrated would suggest no water gets to it at all
Will Towers true
i though the same
Never heard of communicating vats? But there is a problem with the setup... namely that one and two will never fill up. Three and four will just overflow until he stops the tap.
I was saying the same thing.
That's what I thought
The water tank problem assumes the connections between tanks allow water flow greater than the flow of the faucet. If not, then tank 1 may fill first.
i could solve 3rd and 4th
Same
Same
You remind me of the bad guy from die hard 3 😂
The 5th ove is awesome. 🙏👏👏👏Kudoy to you.
For number 1 you said you can only take one out you never said you couldn’t look inside
But he knows it is not blue and red so what ever he finds is the label of the drawer
Almost got one answer collect
And you almost spelled it correct.
All of them,it’s easy!!!
the last one says life saving so just get a jar weigh it if it ways 100 grams well youre good give that bottle then buy morw batteries, still pretty effective
3rd one will tank 3 and the tube going into tank 4 fill at the same time?
10\10
So good
Let’s go I got them all
just weigh one, give granny her medicine, charge the scale, and then weigh more
On number 10 just get new batteries😂😂😂😂😂
In riddle one he said you can only take one sock from one set, but he didn't say you can't open all the drawers.
The battery will only allow one weighing.
@@dudethebagman forgive me I was 10 when I wrote that I was a dumbass then (quite frankly not much changed)
you can solve the last one with 45 don't waste the extra 10
I came up with a solution for the last one where you would grab one pill from each of the ten bottles and see how the weight of the pills go up by one gram. If the weight were to go up by 1.1 gram, then which ever bottle you got that pill from would be the bad pills. I’m pretty sure this solution would work as well but maybe I’m misunderstanding something.
That’s what I was thinking too lol
There is the issue the super-faulty battery will only work for "one" measurement. I think Nanna should start bulk-buying bottles of those, instead.
The puzzle says you only have enough time to do a single weigh-in before the battery runs out.
good riddle
Last one got me lol
You are a legend!
The second riddle was the hardest!!
I got all 6 correct. And I’m the brother of truth.
I guess only 4!
I found the first one the hardest.😂
in 2022.... Pablo is now smuggling raw material for semi-conductors and the bikes..
Yay I got all right 📣
For the bike one couldn’t the sand have been sand that king George once touched or something and the sombrero dude stole it? That’d still be smuggling lmaoooo
If grandma wants one good pill than measure any pill you will be able to give grandma the right pill
Got them all right
In the last one you will mix all the pills when you put all of them at once, so couldn't know which ones are heavyer ones...
you dont mix them, you have them separated in groups... jesus not even with drawings you people can understand the logic
I have all of them right except the tricky one😉
Riddle 3 only works if the tap is filling slowly enough, otherwise tank 1 could fill up first
For grandmas pills just weigh a bottle and if its right, give grandma a pill, if its wrong, mark, and give her a different pill
Got all of them right
My way of doing the last one was......take one pill from each bottle, and add water slowly into the cup holder of the weighing machine. The last one to float will be the one from the heavier bottle...hahaha
these were all incredibly easy; hardly even brain teasers... except that last one, that one was pretty clever.
The irony of being clever enough to easily solve all the riddles, but not clever enough to realise that pointing that out makes you sound like a prick
4:02 Thats not true! PHYSICS
because the water cant flow up, only down or sideways, so therefore tank 4 wont even have water in it
I love it how God has abs 😂 at 4:16
I got them all except 3. LOL
