Video Overview
1. 🚰 Turn Off Water Valves
- Turn off water valves & open faucet to release pressure.
2. 🔧 Disconnect the Hoses
3. 🪛 Dismount the Old Faucet
- Loosen mounting nut screws, unscrew nut, slide off hoses.
- Pull faucet out.
4. 🧼 Prepare the Sink Area
- Clean area under old faucet.
5. 🆕 Install the New Faucet
- Remove gasket, washer, and nut and use plate for over-the-counter sinks.
- Insert hoses, and ensure alignment of the faucet.
6. 🔩 Secure the New Faucet
- Install washers, slide lock nut, turn clockwise until snug.
- Ensure faucet is straight.
7. 🚿 Reconnect the Water Hoses
- Attach hot water hose (red stripes) and hand-tighten, finish with wrench.
- Repeat for cold water hose.
8. ⚖️ Install the Nozzle Hose Weight
- Attach weight over "weight here" sticker.
9. 🔍 Test the New Faucet
- Open water valves.
- Check nozzle retraction, water functions.
- Inspect for leaks over next few days.
