@@osagiee.guobadia-secondytc4624 They are a terrible company, once you own one of their products, the very second it starts giving you trouble, you will understand what I am talking about. FYI they are not difficult to operate, a child without any knowledge of its function could do it, the switches are marked.

I have a brand new wheelchair lift, but my bus was sitting in storage for 8 months and my batteries died. When I got them recharged, my lift won’t turn green. Any idea how to get the power back to the lift? Is there a battery that needs to be jumped?

If the Power Switch on the tower is left on does it put any drain on the battery?

Mine doesn't come down all the way in the back.
The front yellow part is on the ground but the back part is 3 inches above the ground.
    Any solutions?

    My brother weighs 350.
When loading him on the lift,is there a reason to back him in? Is it better for the lift?

When I turn the switch on the green light does not illuminate. Any idea why?

Presumably then the lift is not getting any power, since that's the light for it.

@Aiah Lebbie If the lift is damaged beyond repair, your only option is to replace it or take it off. It's connected to the floor with four blots.

Nobody loads people backwards like Braun recommends. LOL

As a lifelong wheelchair user, loading on the lift backwards is wrong. You want to go forward so you (the person with a disability) has more control and can see where you are going. If the back end of a wheelchair is too heavy for the lift operation to be safely done, then that is a design flaw in your lift.
It is also safer for the person in a wheelchair to get on and off the ramp independently than to add the extra weight of a second person on the ramp. It makes the weight distribution on the ramp off center.

Never load a person in a wheelchair on backwards.. The person has less control over their chair, its scary to be lifted up backwards and feel like you are getting dumped out because the lift has design flaws. I am a person in a wheelchair and have been in a wheelchair for over 40 years. Your lift design is very flawed. Try having your design team going on the lift in a wheelchair and you will be able to feel immediately it is not very secure. Fix your lift design so people in wheelchairs can safely load on the lift facing the front.
