My plan to avoid crowds during Christmas is to go Weds or Thurs, the first 2 weeks of December. This has worked out well for me the last few years. The next time I go will probably be during Bluegrass and BBQ next year.
I was going to ask if the beginning of December, right after Thanksgiving had smaller crowds. We have been for Christmas before but want to bring my parents for the first time during the holidays next year. Thank you for posting this! I will plan on early December 2022!
Love your videos. And your tips are great and factual. The one point I’d like to make about staying on 76 through the light and turning around is, while your suggestion absolutely works in avoiding the left turn on to Indian Point Road, many people wind up jamming the parking lot at Dollar General when doing this. It also encourages people to be impatient and use the Hwy 76 SDC employee entrance, creating issues for hosts trying to get to work on time. Just a personal observation and experience. Only my PERSONAL opinion. Love your work, though!
I went there last wensday and there was a long line for everythingin silver dollar city… But when i went to the landing and i rode the zip line and it was super fun
This might be a weird question, but does anybody ever actually gotten married in that church? I think that would actually be kind of cool. And also I can I know the history behind grandfathers mansion, and if anybody has ever lived there before it got twisted around.
