I love theses cases of aneurysm of carotid artery aneurysm near the ophthalmic artery like this ventral wall or carotid cave aneurysm and how the surrounding osseous, dural, and neural have to be taken in consideration for an optimal surgical result

Why was intradural clinoidectomy performed in this case? Basically you showed extradural clinoidectomy.
