Goving notice is not mandatory, in case S.C. does not deem necessary to issue notuce to any concerned or unconcern parties. Pl go through the cititions wherein S.C. has not deemed necessary to issue notice because S.C. can simy can rely and understand the right of the party in accordance with applicable laws regardless their participation in the instant case.
The sitting guests seems prejudice and unaware with the logic and law as they are not entitled to turn the actual version of the S.C. decision.

My dear. S.C. is free from the contentikn is being narrated by you regardless the actual parties of the case. The analysis given by the quests is incorrect. S.c. can decided the actual spirit of the question and may declare who may be considered rughtful and entitled for the benefits emerged through the decision. S. C. being advisory authority may advise or declare the truths from the peers of the complaint.
S.C. can declare entitlement of any body regardless whether it may not be party of the case. There are many citations of S.C. whereby it ordered that the fruits of the judgment to be extended thos who not be party uf that case in order to avoid to drag them in different litigations.
