Would love to see some graphics in the videos in the future. Like a little design that shows #1 and some stats and info about him or something just to make it more engaging
@@MikeBartnerMaybe something that sits in the corner of the screej or something that says who you're talking about while you are talking about it, instead of just the quick photo of them at the beginning and then just the talking. Love the content
Hot take: I think Buium is far and away the best defender in the draft. He has arguably the best skating and even if you don’t think it’s that good he’s turned one of his worst attributes (compared to last year) to arguably his best this year. He won a national championship at DU, which means he knows how to play in a defensively sound structure and system, is great in transition and is the smartest defensemen in terms of two way play by far. He played against very hard and pretty old competition (some kids 25 years old) in the NCAA, and what separates him the most from every defender in the class is that he is good-very good at just about everything and is exceptional at some things. Edit- Jackson Blake on DU 😂😂
Buium will be the #1 pick as for the defenseman. He can skate, good hands, hockey IQ off the chart, can spot easily teammates on the ice, good shot, can see the open ice like no others, the full package and don't forget the kid is a freshman. He will be a beast in the future because is ceiling has no limits.
I like the Freij pick at 7. His rush defense is impressive and he's great with the puck. I'm hoping he slides a bit and is available late in the first.
My personal hot take is that although Parekh is the best offensive defenceman in the draft, Sam Dickinson is the most complete defensive defenceman in the draft. I could easily see franchises that build entire teams around these two guys. Dickinson reminds me of Aaron Ekblad.
Ekblad (Dickinson) is a good defenseman but not a superstar in the NHL imo. Buium will be a superstar mark my words. Parekh might be good on offense but he's mot complete like Buim who is as good as Parekh offensively.
For me anton sil or yam ! You need snarl and skating ! Both will be there a long time and ask yourself how important a savard or tanev type of guys are ! Everybody grows an inch !
Levshunov is overrated. He skates well for a bigger player, but he isn't as good a skater compared to Silayev, Buium, or Parrehk. Nor is he as smart, or skilled compared to them. And players like Yakemchuk, and Dickinson are better shooters. It would be a mistake for a team to draft him in the top 5 IMO.
I agree he's overrated by the people saying he's CLEARLY the best defenseman in this draft, but there's still a lot to love. Will be my 5th-7th best prospect not top 4 like most.
That's why i love for Seattle at 8th to take a dman this year. Bc anyone of Lev, Parekh, Buium, Dickinson is an insanely valuable pick. And one of them needs to be there at 8th. No way no one is there. Bc i don't want Silayev (is more risky more a project) (But ik we are to pick him if he's there, now that i say it this... Hope any team like Utah, Ottawa, CBJ, ANA, gets him)

Can flash their Elite Prospect or HockeyDB pages next time for sure!

As a Sharks fan, me too

Buium is my #1
Id take Parekh, Dickonson, and Buium over Levshunov
Flames and Wild coming out of the draft with stolen merchandise
Parekh - Puh-wreck
Yeah another over rated imo. He probably will come out one of the last.

I tend to agree with you. I think he's going to come out way later than people think. There is many better D in the draft than him.
