At 40 minute - A foreigner "Tunku Ismail" lead the salute parade. He was aspired for a career in the Indian Armed Forces.In July 2003, he enrolled as a cadet officer in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), India's premier military training school located at Dehradun.He was commissioned as a lieutenant in December 2004 and absorbed into the Indian Army. He was promoted to the rank of captain in December 2007

Tunku Ismail is actually from Johore Royal Family, the next Sultan of Johore

Yes however Tunku Ismail back to Johor and end career with Indian Army following late grandfather Sultan Iskandar Mahmood appoint he as Young King Johor (Malay:Raja Muda Johor) before replace his father Tunku Ibrahim Iskandar for sultan Johor in 2010..
Now for 2023 Tunku Ismail still TMJ but he acting Sultan Johor after Sultan Ibrahim appoint as YDPA (actually previous YDPA brother in law from Pahang who married she sister)
