The only thing missing is the front panel Volt, Amp, Watt meter for each phase. Good to know if you risk blowing the upstream breaker before you do. I use a 50A spider box for distro and removed one of the GFCI units and fit the space with a pair of watt-meters. Very useful when you have to adapt and feed from 20A or a 30A branch. Killing extra subs is much better than having the show go dark.
This video was great!!!! I’m taking notes. Why not make a custom power adapter and receptacle to convert the 3phase to 3 separate 110v so you won’t have to disconnect power in unforeseen circumstances?
So in short the 3 phase cable supplying the distro shares a common neutral. If say three 20 amp 1 phase loads ran on this cable that was connected to three phase as intended the load on the neutral would be 0 amps. If it were then split to three 1 phase 120v circuits the power could no longer return on other phases and will need to return on the neutral. This would increase the load on the neutral wire to 60 amps, twice it's capacity and will certainly fail by over temp.
Are you actually using all 3 phases? Maybe I’m missing something… looks like only two of the three phases (black and red wires) are used off back of your input.
Hey! Extremely helpful video. Thanks for putting this out! I've been looking for power distribution solutions and this helped clear up some confusion about the L21-30. Was wondering if you are capable of building a distro for me? If so could I have your contact info? Thanks
I got 1drive rack 1 exciter 1 band mixer Do controller 2berringer europower 4000 amp 3cvr 1504 amp 2cvr 3002 amp 1 powersoft k10 How much would it cost for u to make a distro to accomadate all that in 1 rack ...?

@@TheMyersBrosBand QOU they are. I have a video on this.
Nice work and very clean layout, unlike some "professional" distro sellers.. love to see this.
Thank you very much. I have been trying to put a power distribution system and i'm very grateful.

Hey do you mind sharing the schematics for this setup and where could I order all the parts from please.
Neat
Very nice rack. Looking for a small block to wire the white and green. What is that block you used for this build? I need one half that size.
Looks like this is a 5 position available at McMaster-Carr
www.mcmaster.com/9290T12/
QO breakers are just like other brteakers of the same size. They are thermal magnetic
Good morning. good work and clean where you buy the QO breakers
QOU breakers you can google them. Many suppliers out there. The part numbers are like
QOU120 for a single pole 20A
QOU350 for a 3 pole 50A
Are these things surge protected?

Yes the loads are balanced on all 3 phases.
The blue is on the bottom of the flanged inlet. It is hard to see under the ground wire.
Where can I order all those parts
