I literally had this conversation with a friend of mine, successful content creator. I was in a rant bc I have seen this for years... And he bet me to get on UA-cam. Even said I am being a completely selfish POS if I don't speak about it.
Anyway, I am on day 5 of his bet and doing my 11th video... And I have already brought this up.

I like IUL, I like WL... But only if it is used they way it is supposed to be... WHICH IS GOOD ENOUGH. LOL
I ALWAYS SHOW THE MIN... AND ASK IF CLIENT IS HAPPY WITH IT. THEN I SAY WELL THATS THE MIN, SHOULD BE BETTER AND IF IT DOES BETTER, THEN I LOOK I HERO.

I have 1 Properly structured max funded IUL from Allianz and 1 Whole life ..10% base premium design from Guardian..Since I am not an expert about insurance..I plan on signing up for atleast 2 more IUL’s..one from securian and another one either from Allianz or another company..I will be getting 1 Wal from Pennmutual and 1 WL from Mass Mutual and secretly hope that all these policies compliment each other..my expectation is 3-5% for WL and 5-6% for Iul policies in the long run..I will keep borrowing money from these policies for my investments and pay them back as soon as I can.I don’t like to consider one better than the other, each have their purpose and I will use them accordingly

Am a Ret Rn & all I paid for all my life are life ins policies from almost all kinds to make sure I got them all as an agent just to know all of them& know the difference. Now after 4o yrs I more or less knows what best works & worked for me. You guys are 30 yrs old & talking about ins expert who were in the industry 50 yrs & had tested all. So I guess you should not end here claiming you are the authority. I joined a company that I thank God as a Ret Rn we have a Life ins with Living Benefits & a solution to all our financial concerns that’s permanent but flexible & adaptable to solve most if not all of what happens in life like it or not. Am 69 yr old so pls be open bec education must be continuing as we evolve & must be adaptable. Why would u not be comfortable in video if u r saying something truthful & valuable. People like me or not are always looking so are you open ?R u willing to check & look @ my company & others to study & analyze?
Iul illustrations if correctly structured & properly funded is the right & best so far I want. I understand illustrations could be deceiving if used by dishonest agents & that’s should not really be.Our co is big on compliance & honestly & integrity that’s why I stick.The prob is really the agents that considers commission than the mission.
Our company illustrations are very conservative. So far we’ve proven to underpromise but over delivered.Indexing for me works well & learning others should be approached similarly .

In Chapter 14, what are you and Bobby saying; what has a ZERO percent chance of working? What are you both meaning when you are discussing illustrations showing income streams? Are you saying that it won't work to take loans and put them to work in a business of some sort and pay ourselves back? Please clarify what you are discussing in chapter 13 and 14.

Why do insurance companies illustrate the APY and not the actual IRR? Obviously the APY is much more attractive but is there something I'm missing? Or are they the same thing and I'm just confused lol
