The title of video is "come fanno la pasta a Roma".. so... 1) in carbonara you don't Need olive oil 2) absolutely no garlic 3) in this video you used pancetta maybe smoked pancetta instead of the guanciale.. 4) don't Need parmigiano reggiano in carbonara but only pecorino romano cheese "coccia nera", Ask for this in supermarket.. 5) fettuccine Is not the best pasta for carbonara... Best spaghetti or tonnarelli but I prefer rigatoni... However everyone are free to Cook and eat what prefer... It you like carbonara with fettuccine garlic and oil.. you made a good job..😁

No va beh ma chi cucina é italiano? Alle aglio bisogna togliere L anima. L acqua della pasta deve bollire, il guanciale deve essere tagliato più piccolo e si toglie la cotenna
Veramente ha fatto di peggio.. Visto che ha fatto la carbonara l'aglio non ci va proprio, e manco l'olio.. Poi quello non è guanciale ma pancetta e dal colore mi pare pure affumicata... No parmigiano ma solo pecorino ed infine .. le tagliatelle anche no alla carbonara ma è il danno minore...😁
