Deep Frying Fish In The Woods

Today we prepared fried fish and potatoes in cauldron. This fish is found in Georgia only on Lake Faravan, at 2100 meters above sea level. fishing on this can be only in summer, since in winter the lake and the roads are covered with snow and ice. The dish prepared from it is very tasty and useful.
