My best response is: pulling over to the left for parking is in fact moving to the left side of the road. And in that case you’ll have to mainly focus on the centre mirror and left mirror. Checking out for pedestrians, cyclists and the kerb. (A glance on your right mirror would be necessary if at all you needed to reverse your car to correct a mistake made whilst pulling over to the left). Whether or not your scenario is an offence is unknown to me.
Okay, so as you wait on traffic blocking a side road and now a car comes who wants to go into that road you’re blocking? Or may a car wants to come out from that road. What will happen? You’ve blocked that road and now because of you no one can go in or come out of that road. Can you see the problem? Hope this helps and hope to see you on the next video!

Maybe in Southampton people they follow the Rules.in South Africa rules are being in ignore d by old drivers.We did have to many accidents loosing many lives.according what l am learning in this channel if people were following Rules correctly we were going to have. Few Fatalities in the country.
