The jokes. The gadgets. The commentary. The situation with regard to Dan not even liking coffee. This has got to be one of his best - and by itself proof that Dan should have his own show/channel where he branches out into other topics.
My husband has one of these because he used to travel a lot (obviously not anymore due to the pandemic). I'm not sure which one it is but it works great and it makes FANTASTIC espresso.
Such a great video! It would be cool if we talked about ease if cleaning the gadgets versus cleaning their more mundane counterparts. Edit: I was actually considering that collapsible coffee press. It seemed perfect for someone like me that only drinks coffee once in a great while. BUT ITS 42 BUCKS!! Too rich for this buckaroo's blood, lol. I suppose for coffee drinkers that might not seem too bad, but you can get a french press for $10.
You earned my like & I wish I could give more than 1 sir. Specifically for full elbow tackling that mighty mug! No one I've seen review it has tried more than a couple light slaps. Realistically, if I accidentally my mug, my whole elbow going into the thing, sending it 1.5 ft away, minimum.
A few things you should know about the Bripe (and anyone one watching with unfamiliar with it): It is intended to be used to make a small strong shorty of coffee like espresso or Turkish/Greek/Arabic/Cuban coffee which are all served in small but strong servings (Espresso is also served with steamed milk added as part of a cappuccino or Cafe Late). So that is why it only makes a small amount of coffee at a time. It is designed to be used b y hikers, campers, and backpackers who want a strong shot of coffee (and caffeine) when out in the wilderness without having to lugged a larger camping coffee maker or in the case of hiker, not have to have a camping stove or fire to make coffee with. Thus this provides an all in one solution that doesn’t need a separate coffee cup and can be heated by a mini- torch quickly. Thus you can get a quick caffeine boost while hiking on a trail without much too effort or fiddling with larger and more cumbersome coffee making device. Of course if small shots of very strong coffee isn’t your thing then this ins’t for you,, and other camping coffee makers exist that make regular American brewed coffee that would suit you better. I should also point out the novelty of the design plays in it’s favor too since it’s fun way to make and drink coffee.

The minipresso is great for camping on a motorcycle. Small, compact and relatively fast.
The bripe!! James Hoffmann also reviewed this 😆
4:55 And that, folks, is how you heat up your crack pipe. Besides that I love watching this guy and weird gadgets most don't work quite well.
Oh yeah, it's Briping time
You earned my like & I wish I could give more than 1 sir. Specifically for full elbow tackling that mighty mug! No one I've seen review it has tried more than a couple light slaps. Realistically, if I accidentally my mug, my whole elbow going into the thing, sending it 1.5 ft away, minimum.
Take a shot every time he says he doesn’t like coffee you will be in the ICU in no tome.😂😂
"Let's try espresso on the stove top." James Hoffman dies inside.
Love this guy. His deadpan delivery is hilarious.
Dan: "I don't like coffee."
**This wasn't part of the script**
This video was more of Dan experimenting with Coffee taste for me then actual gadget testing and I'm happy that it was. Great and entertaining
