Keep it up on the hot summer days. When fall hits and the temperature comes back down you will be amazed how much better you are. Every fall I feel like a super hero. You will be able to run further faster.

Hell yeah it's worth it! I'm thankful every day I am eating healthy and working out. Took me a long time to stop making excuses as well... We have to gather the strength to make that step. I think you have to wait till the time is right. And only you know when that is. That's not another excuse to stall but it's more meant to be a comfort. If you're not strong enough to make a choice at one time, you will be at some point.
Getting my shit together has done so much for my life as well. That's why it's so much fun to follow your journey! So many similarities and recognition. I think getting your shit together is never done though. Life keeps throwing us curve balls which we have to learn how to deal with again and again.
Be you, that's such great advice. Don't compare to others, don't try to be the best, be you. I caught myself comparing me to someone else today and I felt like I wasn't doing enough, I felt bad. Shortly after I realized what I was doing while watching this video. Great timing haha! Comparing and trying to be the best is a recipe for misery. Be you, once you figure out who you are because that's a whole other adventure.
What do you do about stretching? It could help your tight muscles if you're not doing much yet. I do a 15 minute stretching routine at the end of every day and after every workout. I haven't had any tight or stiff muscles ever since. Could be worth looking into something for your thighs.
Good stuff this week James, looking good! Changing up your routine doesn't hurt either, can make this more interesting again and keep you sharp. But keep doing the monday video! Don't change that up. I'm counting on you! Accountability hah?
See you next monday, keep on rocking! Much love!

thanks as always brother! sorry for late reply! hope you are well!
yeah man i am sooo thankful , thats all they are excuses ultimatley stopping you from reaching your potential! Yeah i definately feel the time was right it kinda took me all the fails and all the crap i went through to reach a point where i finally realised I needed to stop contemplating my fate and go out there and change it!
Its just great to have something to wake up for ! and i thankyou a hell of alot for your input dude i really do value it every week! There is only you that truley can make a change for the better and there will always be someone out there better than you at anything you so i find it damaging to my mindset when i compare myself to others and most of the time as i have learned everyone has their own struggles and instead of holding achievements over people i try my best to use it as inspiration!
I do most of my stretching on the floor before i get in bed and also use a massage ball for any thing that is niggling a little bit , seems to really help get through as my body adapts to what i'm doing. I watch these guys on youtube called Bob and Brad they have a lot of content of stretches for injuries and stiffness really helpful!
I ain't stopping anytime soon dude!
      much love
