I’ve been homeless but luckily I never had to sleep on the streets. When I became homeless I signed up for a program through the V.A. that placed me in a house with other Vets while I got my life together. Even after I left that and lived with roommates in various instances I still had my run ins with drugs and alcohol. More so alcohol and cannabis than hard drugs though. That was me in my 20s. I’m almost 40 now and have a roof over my head and I just try to live in peace and quiet. Glad you’re doing this bro. Too many people are afraid to talk to the homeless and really try to understand what it is they are going through. They come from all walks of life and not all homeless people are trash.
He certainly does! I feel it’s important to get a view of these people from their own perspective instead of our perspective. I personally feel the need to get these stories out there to educate the masses. If we can educate and help a single person to be able to be more compassionate towards the downtrodden then my time on here is worthwhile. Please if you can share the video, I’d appreciate that a great deal my friend
Shared. I'm fairly open minded and this showed me I could expand farther. A bit embarrassing that I didn't think quite this deep on this subject. Paul would be a great asset for counseling or what have you, or whatever he wants to do. I could see him doing a bit of everything and really putting his heart into it. People like that are good to be around. Lots to learn, pay attention. A good all around guy, fell on hard times, made a few poor choices, still a good all around guy, needs a hand up to dust himself off, and get back to helping others.
My Pleasure for being fortunate enough to be able to do this. I can certainly state that although it has not always been the case, I am able to do this from being in a privileged position in life. That is something this video made me more aware of than ever. I will continue to do my best for the downtrodden. I am also proud of you in your recovery, Please stick with it my friend! Peace to you! Please may you share this video if possible :)
@@astorminateacup4356 I know you do, Ryan. If you'd like to vet me for an interview on my recovery, I'm game! I'm not sure exactly where you're taking this channel, but if my recovery can help others... that's why I'm here.
He’s homeless- not a tramp and some people are very generous people with good hart’s give far deeper than we can visualise not just food and money quite fitting to give him a lovely warm coat. 🕊💯

He’s very clean and well turned out for a homeless person, if he is truly homeless then I wish him all the best.
Very good work Ryan. I am a meth addict in recovery. I was blessed not to become homeless. God bless Paul & you, Ryan.
