In this case the “dorm” is basically an apartment they stay in rent free that’s furnished and close to the office in a private building with good security. Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk are close friends with each other and their long time manager who they’ve lived with for over 10 years now, so all 3 have chosen to keep living together here. I think it’s funny that they still call it a “dorm” though because that reminds me of teenagers not 30+ year old men.
That's common sense, even they are your parents. Not because you're a sibling when they stay in yours or the group's dorm or house they need someone's permission when they want to do something inside the room.👍
I love this family💙 they're all so adorable and funny. Now I know why and where Hyukjae got his charm from. Also these two siblings being together makes them seems like a twin lol! Hyukjae looks soo much like her Sora noona ^_^

i think they’ve lived here for a while, kyuhyun lives here full time, i don’t think the others do but they have their own rooms and stay occasionally when they’re rlly busy w schedules as the managers live there and it’s close to the sm office
they all can use the dorm since it's for them and it's near their office. it's just that Kyu lives there full time and Hyuk lives there when he has scheds (because his house is located outside Seoul). Donghae is the member who lives on his own but is always in the dorm. I think one of the reason Kyuhyun still lives in the dorm is because if he moved out, SM will take the dorm back and if they need a place to stay for a rest between scheds they won't have it. SJ dorm gave them that freedom. ..they moved into this dorm in 2019. they used to have multiple dorm when they still live together (except during their trainee days) but since they all moved out now they only had this dorm now. this dorm used to be Shinee's dorm (SM artists would usually exchange/uses other artists dorm after a few years)

The dorm belongs to all SuJu members, but the ones living there have more rights at the moment…
