Asian women are still seen as exotic and submissive which is why they are fetishized in today's society by people who have "Yellow Fever."

No, race is about ur ancestors spent the most time and adapted to that environment. Only Blacks spent the most time in Sub-Saharan Africa, which is why they are dark in the 1st place. Sub-Saharan Africa is one of the hottest places on Earth.
& South Africa was more recently colonized by European Whites, so that doesnt count either. Whites in America will never be racially Native American either. That White South African was talking about nationality, not race. & if believes he is in the African race, then he is simply uneducated. You can't just believe what anyone says.
But other places use certain words differently. Here in America, race and nationality may have different meaning in other parts of the world. You can't expect everyone to talk exactly the same. But that South Africa guy should still be aware his ancestors are not originally African, just like Chalize Theron. It's the same for Whites in Australia. The original Australians are Aboriginal Australians. They were colonized by White Europeans again.
