Batman, I'm a rich dude who saw my parents get killed. So I used my inheritance to make a super suit and fancy gear to beat them up. Bruce as 10 years old boy basically just witness his own parents get killed in front of his eyes in the cold blood while the killer just got away. On his birthday too and also learned his adopted brother is a spy from a country long dead and then days after that the knights refused to give his father the recognition he deserves because that would mean bad for the knights. Are we really supposed to be surprised Diluc became the way he is now?
I already read the manga, and clicked on this video expecting to know everything that will be covered, but I still found it really engaging and I didn’t even notice the detail about Diluc adjusting his left glove often because of the Delusion. Your content is quality 👑👑
Let me answer this. Actually he can die by using that delusion of his, prequently and recklessly you can say that he seems very weak at the point that he looks like exhausted and the timeline between our first fight with him is like a day or 2 day later so he's not eventually fully healed at our fight with him and that is my only info that i can give to you
People with Visions are better at using Delusions as Delusions are basically man-made copies of Visions, so while they still have a negative effect on the wielder’s body they are more likely to become extremely fatigued/ill than die like Crepes did (unless the power is abused) since they are more accustomed to using that type of power
He said so himself, he got very hurt by it. I have no idea how Diluc was freely able to use his, without any drawback. Also, I wonder which Fatui came after him. I have a feeling Childe hadn't joined yet, as he is younger. A flashback of Diluc fighting several Fatui harbingers at the same time??

You forgot to mention the vase and how he got his vision back. So, when Diluc came back to mond Kaeya bought him a vase that contained his Pyro vision inside as a form of fixing his broken relationship with his adoptive brother.
Yeah, that's enough to make him a descendant harbinger. Also, there's no mention of the last harbinger (there's only 10 mentioned). Everything, even his burst name (harbinger of dawn) points to that. Maybe he takes back his delusion some time later in the game.
Since Zhongli got an Part.2 to His Story Maybe When Diluc gets his Rerun we might get A Part.1 or 2 about Him and the Delusions...I can see Mihoyo able to connect his Story to the Main Quest due to Him Possessing an Delusion.
I couldn't recognize that it was your video cuz you changed the name of the channel. i'll keep this new name in mind now ^_^. amazing videos btw, i love how u go so in depth into genshin's lore

I am hoping that they don't just reveal their stories in text like they usually do, and actually do cutscenes to further expand these characters. Imagine a flashback cutscene of his father fighting the dragon. I would love Diluc even more.
I already read his story in the manga but I still watch this. I really hope we'll have new story quest or an event that is related to him in the future and know more about the underground organization he was in and his experiences while pursuing the fatuis. I also noticed his mannerism of adjusting his gloves because I always use him (he's my main) and I really thought it is just a common mannerisms for nobles since they usually wear gloves lol

I'm pretty interested that would diluc gain his pyro vision back or he would use only delusion and could upgrade it just like childe's delusion until the end of the story?
He has his pyro vision now, and I'm pretty sure that the delusion is actually broken. I think it was shown in the last chapter of comic, the delusion (and also that bird-mask he used to wear as Darknight hero) broke somehow (maybe Diluc broke it himself), and then Kaeya returns Diluc his pyro vision

There was a mistranslation, it wasn't supposed to be adoptive, but sworn.
@@zexk6048 just say you'll use whatever excuse you can to support incest and go.
English:
Kaeya was adopted into diluc's family. They fucking view each other as brothers. Just because kaeya is adopted doesn't mean that they're not brothers. Adopted brothers = brothers. What other excuses are you going to use to back up your support for incest? You said that all japanese and chinese people suppirt kaeluc. But what about me? Does it look like i support it? The way you generalise China and Japan into a group of vile shippers makes me sick. Also, even if it's a mistranslatiom, what does it even mean? It's still fucking wrong to ship siblings.
So Jean Gunnhildr, Diluc Ragnvindr and now Eula Lawrence, we got the trio bois

He is Batman but with more tragic stories
Batman, I'm a rich dude who saw my parents get killed. So I used my inheritance to make a super suit and fancy gear to beat them up.
Diluc, grew up with an adopted brother, watched his father die right before him and then his brother tells him he was a spy the whole time. Then the knights he worked his whole life with totally turned their backs on him and his father's legacy not giving him the honor he deserved. Ouch.
Well Batman saw much more tragic stuff than diluc but it’s still pretty sad
Both are really tragic in their own way. as for Batman, yeah it seem his tragic story more simple problem compare to Diluc, but it's still really mess up. Bruce as 10 years old boy basically just witness his own parents get killed in front of his eyes in the cold blood while the killer just got away. It basically very impactful to Bruce since it something too much for a kid Bruce to face and give him some kind of mental issue.
The reason why we see Batman tragic story not so impactful anymore because it become mainstream and Batman story alway get remake over and over, so that why it feel dull for now.
@@Skylancer727 Well, both of them are a filthy rich people, and using their inherited access and fancy gear to get upper hand from their enemy. Both have different cause but end up with similar result from their cause.
He seek different justice he could kill anybody againts his goal, like danzo sacrifice is possible, even it was good person to sacrifice but kaeya doesn't like diluc plan, think it was for good thing but doesn't mean hurting or take someone life, we also see how protective amber n badly injured she still fight n protect in her worse conditions 😳
Wow I cannot believe I heard the whole entire story but now I am in about this Dark Knight night that's like a Batman thing like Bruce and his parents died and then he became the Batman this story is really going Wicked and getting somewhere
Bruce Wayne is my favorite Genshin impact character
Now I know why everyone was calling him Batman
@@UrScum I agreed^^
*explaining genshin impact to a friend*
People who only played the game: oh its a very fun mmo rpg with some amazing character and gameplay elements!
People that read the manga: the game is good, but almost every character has a sad origin. For example diluc's father died before his eyes...
People who played honkai before genshin's release: ah yes another one of mihoyo's instant depression stories
@@potato_weeb honkai is legit a game about human race extinction
On his birthday too and also learned his adopted brother is a spy from a country long dead and then days after that the knights refused to give his father the recognition he deserves because that would mean bad for the knights.
Are we really supposed to be surprised Diluc became the way he is now?
oh yeah, also even the main character fucking lost his sister and in attempt to find her, broke gods gives free quests
Diluc's line:"Rain... If only it could cleanse the corrupt souls of this world." now this line will pierce me through the heart
Happines: exist
Mihoyo: we don't do that here
I already read the manga, and clicked on this video expecting to know everything that will be covered, but I still found it really engaging and I didn’t even notice the detail about Diluc adjusting his left glove often because of the Delusion. Your content is quality 👑👑
Tbh I’m kinda surprised that Diluc didn’t just burn the entire KoF headquarters-
That's how he knew about the fatui hiding place in the quest
So you are saying that childe could've died when he destroyed all those ruin guards in 1 second
Bcuz Diluc Op AF bruuuuh 😭
@@shinobu3617 isn't that more than one fatui tho? It's said that the 'harbingers' had to step in
I'm so sad that both my mains (Xiao & Diluc) have a backstory that's such a tearjerker..
The way you explain stuff is so easy for me to understand and wowwww can believe you could understand the fight scene that happened in the manga-
I like how Diluc is a whole ass anime batman
It would be nice that he appears in the future with his delusion as a playable caracthers, like kiana in honkai impact that also appears as a herscher
So he change his appearance to like tarlaglia?
@@Diyyourhome54 nope he doesn't change his appearance but can summon black flames and chains
Well, late comment, but hoyo release a new skin for diluc. No vision seen in the skin, and still same moveset so far. So maybe in the future we'll get someone with delusion, like with childe but when skill/burst is used they changed into delusion version. :)
Herscher is german and means ruler lol
He's basically the batman of genshin impact.
This is why I love Diluc. Poor guy
I never realized how interesting he is, I feel so bad for him-
3:01 that picture is my everything
They're so cute and Diluc's huge smile is just.. I want to protect them!!! ;-;
Imagine that Crepus is not dead, that Kaeya and Diluc get along well, and Diluc smiling at Kaeya as before. That would be amazing.
@@Yugenojun let’s just pretend that is happening

I'd actually like a boss battle with Ursa, where Diluc comes in and finishes the job.
Diluc is my first 5 star and will always have a special place in my heart
when diluc smiles:
everyone:
*YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
Diluc definitely has the best backstory
the captions are a whole different thing
Diluc be like:hehe screw the knights, its batman time
The part where you said "With an attitude problem" Was for some reason hilarious to me.
Makes me sad that Diluc just chills in my sisters inventory along with Childe. Kaeya will be in my party forever for his interesting backstory.

I really love Diluc!! His story with the knights and with Kaeya are really interesting. I do hope we get to see more of this later on in the game. Great video! It had a lot of details that I didn't knew about :D
Turning the subtitles on was 😂
Ikr
Yeah lol
You forgot to mention the vase and how he got his vision back. So, when Diluc came back to mond Kaeya bought him a vase that contained his Pyro vision inside as a form of fixing his broken relationship with his adoptive brother.
I feel bad for him and now we know why he’s never happy
"Most sought after 5 star"
Me who got Diluc first try:
I can't believe diluc is one of the 11 harbingers!!! This makes him dope in the lore (since I didn't know about the manga)
but isnt tho, he just only has delusion from his father. Whatever organization he join along is something different entirely.
Yeah, that's enough to make him a descendant harbinger. Also, there's no mention of the last harbinger (there's only 10 mentioned). Everything, even his burst name (harbinger of dawn) points to that. Maybe he takes back his delusion some time later in the game.
I'm here because Teppei died after using his delusion. I'm satisfied now that Signora died 1 shotted by Raiden Shogun.
diluc has the best backstory in the entire game.
he was my first 5* and my first level 10 friendship, so i red his story and i was kinda tearing on how tragic it was
The fact that he called diluc "an anti-hero with an attitude problem" is so accurate and hilarious
When you realise that Diluc's tragic backstory gives off the same vibes as the origins of Spiderman/batman
'diluc is known as a anti hero with attitude' the best thing i have heard
If Muratans aren't an homage to Himeko Murata from Honkai Impact imma be pissed. She deserves it all
Man his story is an entire spin off
Since Zhongli got an Part.2 to His Story Maybe When Diluc gets his Rerun we might get A Part.1 or 2 about Him and the Delusions...I can see Mihoyo able to connect his Story to the Main Quest due to Him Possessing an Delusion.
I couldn't recognize that it was your video cuz you changed the name of the channel. i'll keep this new name in mind now ^_^. amazing videos btw, i love how u go so in depth into genshin's lore
Jesus Christ... There is sooo much potential here. Imagine playing through Diluc's past and earning an old outfit of his after. WE NEED TO PETITION TO SEE THIS. I WANT TO PLAY A FLASHBACK WHERE DILUC HAS DIFFERENT POWERS AND SEES THE WORLD DIFFERENTLY.
Diluc and Kaeya need to reconcile, Kaeya has actually done nothinc, and Dilucs just silently traumatized, they need therapy honestly
This is so sad. Diluc deserves happiness.
The Manga is so dark and the game is a meme, I swear-
i know this should be a sad story of diluc's past but when you turn on the subtitles holy moly does it get hilarious forest transformers LMAO
Im so sad that peoples hate diluc..hes so misunderstood and he deserved better
I can feel more Diluc appearance in story quest :D
Aaaa this character is so intriguing, i hope we will get to know more about him, cool video!

I literally got diluc and now my friends are giving me attitudes :')
cant wait for that sixth region

Im also non-binary, and I agree. Thank you so much! ^^ it makes me feel welcomed
Wait... If diluc threw away his uniform and vision, how does he have it back in present day...? You see him fight with the delusion as the dark night hero while he was younger but in the ingame cutscene he uses his pyrovision, right? Sooo does he get it back somewhere in the manga?
at the end of the manga kaeya return the vision to diluc, as for the delusion he maybe won't use it anymore
1:41 This sounds awfully similar to Eula... My theory juice is starting to activate
They experienced harsh life within their youth. Come on man, give them Happiness.
@@cat_mintfur513 ohh, in the manga/comic diluc actually had the vision back after he leave the knight of favonius? Thats a nice move from kaeya
@@lalatinaruby3421 Diluc left his vision when he left Ordo Favonius. When Diluc accidentally threw a dart at a flower vase, Kaeya said that he'll buy him a new one. At the end of the manhua, Kaeya gifted him the vase with the Vision inside it.

Nice vids man, subscribed. Keep this kind of videos coming
I mean they made a complete stranger who mind you searching for their lost siblings fight a dragon. And gave him the title of honorary knight so they can say it's the knights of Favonius did it. After all said and done they made him their errand boy.
Damn ! 11v1 and that too against the harbingers
And he can use the fatui humanmade vision without any drawbacks 😎😎

Man i hope story things cause us to have to fight diluc while he has his delusion, kinda like the childe fight. That would be fun
He can't, he broke the delusion and mailed it back to one of the Fatui Harbingers, Dottore. Fun fact, his Delusion was a 'black flame'
The glove was a nice touch
If he threw away his vision, then whats the vision lookalike on his hip?
He threw away his vision after his father death and fight with Kaeya. After that Diluc left mondstad and travel teyvat but while Diluc away from The mondstad Kaeya took the vision and gave him after he got back from travel. Did you see the weird vase at the dawn winery? kaeya gave it to him as a gift and his Vision was in the vase. :D
