    bro im 16 and mei 70 kg ka hu like gym 1 saal ho gya jate huye but mei gym phele galat lgaya pura saal cause my gym has no trainer so khud se krna padhta tha aabh sara fat aa gya ha and 40 percent muscle mass everybody says 18 se pehele weight loss nahi krna toh kya karu bhai
