Having your own frame machine sure saves a lot of time. I don’t have the space for one, so any frame damage adds at least a week of waiting for someone else to pull it. Nice job
Love how nice it was to replace that entire rear section of the frame on this truck. Forget about it on a unibody sedan, coupe, or SUV with the same amount of intrusion. Great work!
I noticed that most all the newer truck frames are built in sections, one guy I know wanted a 4X4 so he found the like year in a yard undamaged and pulled it with jacks... labor of love if you ask me but they do go back easier than apart. Done in two days and thats a lot of pieces and parts. If I knew then what I know now, I would of gone this way instead of rebuilding engines and transmissions. I didn't realize that motivated people could have the cab off in hours instead of days. I even had the tools and room, just no frame machine and sadly I knew of one that was just not in business... nice work.. yes I subscribed
Bothers: nice touch to the grill! It’s Retro. In years gone by. Jeep used to body colour match their grilles/bumpers etc. Then label them “ Limited Editions “ Cheers
I remember when the challenger first came out and when the shop ordered a new OEM fender and that thing only cost $56! The prices have gone up a bit since then. Rebel
More Mopar projects! Lol...just kidding but not really.....just please don't go the super exotics as in lambo, Ferrari,... nothing the blue collar guy is ever going to get or afford but awesome work and channel 👌 keep it up 👍
P.S love my first custom sign, and the sticker, & key lanyard.... Not sure about the second one yet, for I haven't received it yet but I am sure it will be just as awesome!
Sorry Richard but you’re wrong I screenshoted the image of the frame when they cut it apart and i blew it up it is definitely not sleeved from the factory in fact it’s a clean cut

Nice work Niko's brothers so how does one buy the salvage vehicles to fix up and re-sale?.....Thanks Niko G
cool rebel !
This channel is under rated :D
Keep it up :D
Are the Rebel frames made in sections like that to help repairing after accidents? Made it much easier for you than a complete frame change 👍😊
Truck looks good rebel
Nice work 👍
Nice done 👍🏻 Rebel👍🏻
Rebel is look good guys.
Shouldn't that frame splice be a 45* angle cut and then doubler plates with rosett welds??
How’s the truck drive after the replacement? … people say they never drive the same after the frame is bent..
The grill looks like the visor you see on the storm troopers from Star Wars. Lol
How you get the German numberplate? BR from Germany
Love the rebel truck
This thing rocks!
Good job
Great video. Where did you buy that measuring ruler?
ebay
Another great build.Great job. Will you be doing a cost breakdown after completion?
Brazil like great job
Z axis correct on the rear rails?
Be a Rebel, do it your way!
Nice rebel truck
Can we do this with a 4th gen ram 1500 frame? Does it section off in the rear like the rebel
Please tell me you sleeved that frame section so the next person that owns that truck doesn’t break it into when he decides to tow a travel trailer.
Was thinking the same thing.
If you look properly, it's sleeved from factory. They unstiched it. Back to factory spec
Sorry Richard but you’re wrong I screenshoted the image of the frame when they cut it apart and i blew it up it is definitely not sleeved from the factory in fact it’s a clean cut
yes it was sleeved in, the new part was cut out then trimmed down to slide into the original frame
How much hours and money do you think will be invested in this when complete? How much is the truck worth with a salvage title?
