when you are braking the Viper from reaching more top speed
In theory the Koenigsegg is faster than the Veyron but the veyron can actually hold up its title saying how fast it's actually gone. They wont go full in the Agera because the steering is way to touchy in real life so they never have reached is full top speed yet. So the Veyron actually still does hold its title.

which part of the map is this on? is it on the callahan industriel straightaway? the straightaway on the angel...? bridge is good to get speed on. I hit 270 with the bugatti.
I hit 230 in the marussia, 235 in the gtr, 200 in the raptor, and 240 in the viper, I was using long gears and I was on highway 192 south on the suspension bridge.

buggatti lost it's title... because it was found out there were speed limiters on its cars
I don't even have all those upgrades at pro but I tested the Aventador on another part of the road, I got over 390kmh. If there wouldn't be so many cars I think I'd get 400kmh and I use burn nitrous not powershot.
