Perfect timing, thanks coach. Also I have a quick question, I’m only 11 and under 12’s but when I’m warm I can shoot threes without a run up, should I work on threes this early? Also I can’t shoot deep threes without like changing my form like crazy so should I do it or not? Please answer
This is the problem of some ballers When I shoot my left foot gets too forward I'm left hander shooter I can't shoot without making too outside of my left leg and I don't get too much range make it fix dude make a video on it please
Need more shooting videos my shot is broke, also, does anyone know why I can shoot well playing half court, but full court its atrocious? Thinking its my endurance but not sure, thanks!
It could be endurance, another reason I can think of is, when you're playing halfcourt, you're mostly shooting standstill threes, or just simple Pick and Pop threes etc., whereas fullcourt, you're shooting much more threes off of running or after running a lot, which are much harder threes to make, since there is so much more movement. To improve, I'd say the best thing you can do is work on three point shots where you're running into your spot from half court and throwing the ball ahead, or have someone pass it to you. Basically work on your shooting off of tiring movement.
Hey Coach Rock Can you do me a favour? I'm asking various online coaches for a 'how to' on the High Post As you know, the foul line area is a weak point in a 2-3 Zone, which is probably the most common D other than man to man I'm thinking more for someone posting up there; rather than attacking from beyond the arc, guard style I hope this makes sense If you don't do it, I totally understand ❤️ Regards, Will
