Just to elaborate, Mastered Ultra Instinct is still the strongest of Goku's Ultra Instinct technique, the reason why True Ultra Instinct was created was because MUI was far too conflicted with his Saiyan nature, Whis wasn't wrong about it being the strongest type of Ultra Instinct yet Goku still can't tap into it properly without having drawbacks, if he masters it to the degree Whis wants him to, MUI will probably body Black Frieza because of the mere fact it does have the most precision and if Goku manages to get a proper hold on it he might able to master it to the point he can use it like True Ultra Instinct to some degree.
