As someone just now getting started on my Instagram profile, this video was one of the most helpful I've seen recently. I can see these practices in a couple of the other videos I've seen recently
Hey man, love your content, and this is a great game plan for IG. I wanted to point out though, some people are still getting ads on the reels. It’s definitely not enough to quit your day job, but if you release reels every day that are going viral, you can add some side income.
00:56 🔍 Understanding the Instagram algorithm is crucial for success; it prioritizes keeping users on the platform. 02:50 📝 Formulating viral content requires understanding the idea, the hook, and the value it provides to viewers. 05:52 🎥 Learning how to film, especially cinematic footage, can significantly boost your Instagram content's performance. 07:29 🖥 Editing on a computer enhances efficiency and creativity, allowing for better-quality videos and faster production. 08:38 💰 Monetization on Instagram requires exploring alternative income streams, as Instagram doesn't offer ad revenue like UA-cam.
I started out editing on my computer and it took me way longer. Was too easy to be a perfectionist. Took at least an hour to edit a 1 minute video with all the right cuts and sound effects. When I started editing on tiktok, it became way easier and I got more views.

Key takeaways: 1- Understanding the algorithm 2- Formulate content to increase audience retention and watch time 3- Structure the content, idea, hook, value 4- Grab attention instantly by using the proper hook 5- Give value to the viewer through your content, incase you get viral, so they will instantly follow 6- Learning how to film, to provide high-quality videos 7- Learn how to edit content, repurpose it 8- For advance editing, use a computer instead of a phone 9- Learn to monetize your IG
@@funnyanimals6196 glad I wasn't the only one. Normally there's at least a few gold nuggets in any video, but this one literally told us nothing and was pre self promotion
UA-cam is so different to IG. IG wants you posting so much and stories. UA-cam keeps pushing my content out if people are searching for that topic. I feel people have more patience on UA-cam for a longer video compared to ig which are normally 4-7 seconds long but you need really good hooks, captions, and style.
As superproduções distanciam as pessoas.

Great content! Though seems tedious to have to be good with everything related to cinematography since it requires time to experiment and understand that makes a video or photos excellent for the viewer. I do understand that it will make the weak link of visual delivery as strong as the others but in terms of investment, especially in time, seems to require a certain expertise.
Appreciate this advice bro. Do you offer 1-on-1 session? Been looking for mentor, but I found many scammers out there. Just need someone who is genuinely trying to help other creators.
While using these apps you press the back button on ur android twice 3 or 5 times and it does not take you to homescreen😮😮 and home screen button is hidden. On purpose
But I feel like editing on my phone is so much faster because you don't have to deal with like dragging the clips together like when you have the clips on your phone it just like when you drag it it just goes to place you know what I mean like how do you deal with that like when you're editing on the computer and every time you have to drag all your clips back to the last clip??
It can be anything you want. If your account was teaching photography, you could start a paid community where everybody can discuss and learn new things, share tips and tricks they've learned, etc. If it was fashion, you could start your own clothing brand. For whatever it is you're doing, figure out your audience, identify a problem they might want solved, and offer them a solution. You could also do what all the meme accounts do and just do promotions for other people that they pay you for. But that's boring, and your audience won't like it. The sky is the limit, really. Just find something profitable that provides value to your audience, and don't try to cut corners or make quick money from your audience. Provide REAL value, and be authentic. You got this!
Hey! I’ve been studying your videos and your content is awesome. I’ve had an account for over 10 years and used it fairly poorly, drifting out the odd piece of semi decent content and using it as more of a personal account, however I am determined to start using it as a professional tool to share my music. Would you recommend deleting and reopening the account now that I have all of your tips in mind, or is an account salvageable once the instagram algorithm is sharing my content to basically nobody, and has no idea who to share my content to in what is now a very old account? Thanks, Drew.
have u or anyone u know try testing reach before and after switching from PERSONAL to CREATOR account? (to see if switching actually does affect reach)

It’s a bit sad that the new form of currency is attention. Fighting for those first seconds like little kids. Smh.

hi Henbu, what's the lens (FF equivalent) you used for this video? Love the final wide effect which lets the environment in the shot
I think the biggest reason is having the ability to produce high quality content with knowledge of cinematography

You only briefly mentioned that you don't actually get paid by Instagram and need to find other ways to monetize. What are the other ways?

Well said!
What platform or software can we use to edit?
Davinci Resolve has a free version that has everything you need.
No revenue share for creators? Why would creators post on Instagram?
Am I allowed to turn your video into a reel?
Would you recommend a black magic 4K in 2024?
If you plan to behind the camera most of the time then yes since it doesnt have auto focus,
So useful!
