So to help with some rules: Skirmishers target a single formation or group. No other formations or groups in 4” are effected (it cannot pick out a single group in a formation only independent groups not attached) 2. If part of a formation is obscured due to cover (be it a building of mass of trees or such) then all hits are split between the visible groups. Besides that lads, a very good game. Tho a bit sad for the Spanish and Brits, luck was not on their side today. Tho maybe next time? Personally tho, I hope you make a siege like scenario where the British or French have to defend that massive Spanish barn you have. You could have it that for spending SP you can put firing holes into single wall sections or buildings that would allow/allow more troops to fire from them, however it means you have little in extra support such as flags and musicians and such.
Its not the monies, its the bases. You can get Napoleonics from almost any manufacturer but to play this game you need some bases that hold a company in formation (in ranks) and some in skirmish or “open” ranks. They’re companies that sell both figures & bases like “Victrix “ & others that sell only one or the other like the company that makes the casualty or shock counters used in this game. Great game as always. Poor deployment by Andre didn't help his side. probably should have split his big group up and came around both sides of the building. Poor Kowalski! He never seems to get a break. You should have let him have a go at Big Rich's group.

Damn Frenchies.... no honour! Great game. What do you think about cavalry in SP? They really don’t seem to have much of a role
Check the rules. You can only fire canister 3 times unless you do either ammo wagon or buy 3 more canister.

I really enjoy your channel. Just a quick question, why do you only use 6's in cavalry when the lists say 8's
kevin gorton we are using l the Cierro Manteca lists which call for six cavalry.
