- If I had a nickel for every time I watched Liam Neeson play a character with memory loss, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's still a surprising amount. This is my review of Absolution. I loved it. Final third was great. It kept me engaged . It wasn't a masterpiece but it kept me guessing
I think the intention of the movie was to keep you wondering that something bad is going to happen but then he just gets the bad guys at the end. I felt it like an old 70s movie
Liam true legend❤
I like liam neeson so i will watch anything he is in, not his best role but hey i am a fan
👋
I think every famous actor who's old has recently made a film about having dementia. Julianne Moore, Mia Farrow, Philip Seymour Hoffman (about his father), Michael Keaton, Martin Landau, Donald Sutherland, and I just saw this one with Liam Neeson (actually about CTE). And they all suck, especially this AI scripted mess. Similar to the even worse one Knox Goes Away. I mean a gangster who is dying of dementia: do we really need another one?
I wasted money today watching this, walked out half way because it was so boring and I was the only one in the theater
I cant be bothered with his films these days. There's something so lazy about his acting and the roles he picks (which are all the same!). Theres something, very, Nicolas cage about it. I miss the old liam neeson when he went from the comedic, inventive, insanity of darkman to the serious drama of schindlers list.
Did you like gladiator 2 ?
I haven't seen it yet, but I hope I do. I really enjoyed the first one!
@moviereviewswithryanlane well everything you said in this review could be said about gladiator 2 in my opinion.
