When my dad was still alive, he would listen to this so he could fall asleep. He loved this music so much. Now that he's not here, I'm listening to this to get over my depression. The worst part is that, I'm not getting good memories from this song. Cancer put him through so much pain, and now when I hear this all I can think about how cancer took him away from me. I miss him so much!😩😩 I would give anything just to see him again. My dad will always be my hero💔
Wow I got a glimpse of a "no object" meditation and felt like a comforting cry coming up. It lasted maybe 5 seconds and didn't end up crying. Rest of the meditation was good as well.

I hope it has gone well. I've started a yoga journey months ago and am ready to start meditation. I think my life has slowed down enough now. If not, I'll make it slow down enough. We all need to take the time for ourselves.🙂
