Wish ko lang na sana sinabay na ng silang local gov yung pag semento nung kalsada after UB1 east bound habang nakasara yung kalsada, looks like its too late now. Its good to know that the structure at the former ROW of CALAX has now been cleared that land really caused a delay at construction for almost a year or 2. Hopefully that other ROW issues would be solved especially in the Cavite area going towards Kawit. Thanks for the update sir!!!!

Hindi katulad sa Sta Rosa Exit na whether you're from Mamplasan or from Silang, one outlet lang into Tagaytay-Sta Rosa road, hence isang Traffic light disturbance lang for the motorists sa road na yon.

Land value will increase but with right developers, the new communities might be green communities full of trees.
