I feel very sorry about whatever u have been gone through...but just asking is it possible that whatever negatives happen in his aashram ..."rambojan is unaware of all that...and maybe his followers are doing all the bad stuff without his knowing....like in reference to Tha Osho ......pls reply by your own experience
That’s exactly happened to my late uncle. He was a good monk. When he passed away, he was in meditation for 3 days. After cremation we found relics. That’s really happened, whole life he prayed and Buddha teaching.
As far as i have researched and known more about Rana Rinpoche, He has been testing all the religion in his whole life and finally found out the Buddhism as his final ultimate shelter for Enlightenment. Rana guru has spent more than 25 years of his life on meditation research and study of Religion. Very highly educated master filled with vast oceans of Wisdom and knowledge. Sarva Mangalam.

No He did not. Can you quote Gautama Buddha, where did He say this? Nowhere. It does not mean, that the Path of Enlightenment is not open to everyone equally. Tibetan philosophy has two truths: absolute and conventional truth. In discussion you should not mix the two truths, otherwise you break the rules of an intelligent and reasonable debate. Your problem is, that you are not trying to understand what the educated and experienced lama is saying, but you are searching for any "argument", even it has nothing to do with the context. As soon as you derail yourself into absolute truths, no argument would be good enough.
And there a yogi talks about buddha. “One should not honour only one's own religion and condemn the religions of others, but one should honour others' religions for this or that reason. So doing, one helps one's own religion to grow and renders service to the religions of others too. In acting otherwise one digs the grave of one's own religion and also does harm to other religions. Whosoever honours his own religion and condemns other religions, does so indeed through devotion to his own religion, thinking "I will glorify my own religion". And it is really sadden to see people discussing over dharma and buddha 😑 we all need to accept the people how they are rather than discussing over one another in comment section.
Discussion is not against Buddhism. Buddha himself told not to accept the truth just because it is coming from his authority, but that we should debate and discuss and make our own research.

Sakyamuni Buddha is human, Guru is human, we are human, we are same body with Gautam Buddha, and all Buddhas, i think we must try to reach enlighten. Because if we are not enlightenment same as Gautam Buddha and all another Buddhas, we can not see any thing clear. Also in many videos of this UA-cam channel. I am that "Slovak woman kidnapped by Bomjon" story. And Junsei Terasawa is a famous "peace-march" activist Nichiren Buddhist leader, who was staying in Bomjon's Halkhoriy a compound prolongedly a some of his most trusted followers. He was bowing to Bomjon and being present during my tortures. The three months of horror, to the everyday drum tact of Terasawa created in me such a terrible association with your "om nam gyo ..." that when I heard it in Lumbini later on, I was frozen by the terrible memories. Nepal does not have a functional police, so tortures, killing, rapes are going on often without any investigation, when the perpetrator is rich and influential. I consider thus Nichiren Buddhist similarly hypocritical like any other Buddhist sect. Attending peace-conferences and speaking so much about "love" "peace" "compassion" but in the same time torturing, raping and killing human beings is a sin and an offense to Buddha.
Yes, I believe that many Westerners take Zen and other Buddhist sects more seriously than their very teachers somewhere in Japan, Korea, China etc. Yet, for me the crucial is how people behave in critical situations, when other people are harmed in their eyes. If they are idle and murmur something about "everyone has his/her karma" then they are hopeless impostors. Buddhism is about action and not repeated words, in my opinion.
Yes he did: 1, he claims he is Maitreya Buddha, which is the Future Buddha foretold by Gautma Buddha www.britannica.com/topic/Maitreya-Buddhism - he even names himself "Maitriya Guru" and allows his followers to consider him Maitriya Guru, Maitriya Buddha and maitriyanath. Even his website's name is Maitriya! You cannot fake it, you would contradict your own guru! 2, He claims that he had attained the Maha Sambodhi level: again, this is even his name, you all call him "Maha Sambodhi Dharma sangha" etc. You cannot fake it, this is the name you are calling him and writing about him! And it is because he himself told you that you should call him like that: "The English term enlightenment is the western translation of the abstract noun bodhi, (/ˈboʊdi/; Sanskrit: बोधि; Pali: bodhi), the knowledge or wisdom, or awakened intellect, of a Buddha." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlightenment_in_Buddhism. 3, From 2012, Bomjon is explaining to his followers, including foreigners, that he had attained a HIGHER level than Gautama Buddha. To attain HIGHER level, you must first attain the LOWER level, isn't it? Bomjon thus considers Gautama Buddha LOWER than himself. It means, he himself claims he had attained Buddhahood and plus extra more Budhahood than Buddha himself... I hope after my explanation you will not contradict your revered guru anymore!
From the records the name Buddha it didn't actually came from the horse's mouth, it was the BBC people who tagged him as the "Little Buddha", while making the feature film. However, people overtly eager to be attached with someone or some form that resembled Buddha quickly resorted to name him as the Buddha and be a part of the glory story. After that it's all history. But whatever it be later on he took up the garb of the Maitryee Buddha and that nicely took care of the eternal debate and irritants of being Buddha or then "not so little Buddha". He's doing fine now, cute guy he is, the present Maitryee Buddha.

But he broke his vow after 10 months and he was wandering in various places before settling in Halkhoriya. So any time that he is claiming that he was sitting in motionless meditation and Tapasya in Ratanpuri 6 years, he IS LYING! Another example: he was ensuring Gyansagar rinpoche's team (100+ monks) that he would join them in Gadhimai in 2009. He LIED! He never went to Gadhi Mai, but he spent the time hiding in Rita Bot's village in Kajiram! Everyone knows this. He had been caught LYING by countless people, Nepali and foreigners. So how do you want to believe someone, who is LYING all the time, that he claims to be this or that? Second: Bomjon always claimed that he was Buddha Maitreya! And Maitreya is Buddha! As every Buddhist person, lama or teacher, and they wil tell you, that Maitreya IS Buddha. Bomjon even named himself Maitriya Guru. Third: Bomjon named himself Maha Sambodhi. If you search in Wkipedia and other sites, what is teh meaning of Sambodhi, you will find out, that ONLY BUDDHA was ever called Sambodhi! No one else! Thus, if Bomjon claimed he was Maha Sambodhi, he actually calimed to be Big Buddha! Fourth: Bomjon told in front of followers in 2012, including Marty Donelly of Australia, that he is HIGHER THAN GAUTAMA BUDDHA. This claim had been repeated to Setopati reporters by Mani Lama at the Maitri Puja 2017 and put in the article. By claiming that he was HIGHER than Buddha, did he not claim to be "at least as high" than Buddha? If you claim that you have reached Sagarmatha peak, does this not mean that you have also been to the Base Camp already? It is NOT what I believe, but this is what Bomjon and followers of him claim and shout out to every direction. Bomjon is very clever, he knows that if he claimed directly that he is Buddha, all Nepali, Indian and Tibeti Buddhists would turn against him. Instead, he is giving many other claims which actually mean the same.
That is still a misconception among general people they till now refer Tapasi Ram Bahadur Bomjan ji as Buddha , hence he is clarifying this misconception.
Then who was the guru of siddartha who made him buddha. Buddha means an enlightened one so i feel anyone can become buddha. Ramkrishna Paramhansha had no guru. Totapuri had no guru. Om swami has no guru yet they are enlightened being.
Buddha said the correct path was the middle way and all his followers followed the same path for years and years His lifestyle doesn’t seem to denote those things We have to give away all our desires to attain nirvana all the attachments which is close to impossible And another thing Buddha meditated for months starving himself to realize that meditation in that way is not the correct way and he chose the middle way that guy must have some sort of knowledge about Buddhism just coz he came from Nepal has a Asian looking face and was found meditating doesn’t mean he is a Buddha.
After Lord Buddha attained "Samyak Saboddhi " he said that " I have re discovered the wisdom of all previous Buddha's which is unheard now " and he also said that during his 4 innumerable eons of Bodhisattva practice he has recieved teachings from millions and billions of Buddha's of past , hence this state of his proved the importance of unbroken enlightened Buddhist lineage in Buddhism. You cannot talk about Krishna and his teachings by reading Bible , same as what is Samyak Sambuddha and his teachings one has to study and practice under unbroken enlightened authorized Buddhist master.

You can find by a simple search on Google, that Maitreya is a Buddha. Maitreya is the Future Buddha. The person who names himself Maitreya, probably believes (or rather wants others to believe) he is Maitreya BUDDHA. As simple as it is.
Maitriya Buddha is upcoming Samyak Sambuddha like Shakyamuni Buddha , as Shakyamuni has said his teachings will last for 5000 years and after similar or more time period of dark time a next Buddha will come to re-establish the path to Nirvana.

We can. Because Gautama Buddha had given a lot of teaching about who can be a buddha. Didi you read the Dhammapada? Didi you read the Sutras? This Rinpoche had read it all. So he has knowledge to distinguish who is buddha and who not. And not only knowledge. He meditated in solitary meditation for ten or twenty years. This is why everyone respects him in Nepal. He is an experienced and wise guru.

वास्तवमा कसैले बुद्ध हुँ भन्नु आफैलाई बुद्धू हुँ भन्नु हो। लामो विचार छ। बुद्धले जे गरे जे जति गर्नुथ्यो त्यो पूरा गरेर गए। अब फेरि बुद्ध जन्मनु किन ? के काम छ घरिघरि जन्मनु पर्ने? के खोज्नुलाई जन्मनु ? के बताउनु छ अब?के छोड्नु बिर्सनु भएछ उहाँले ? बम्जनले यो स्पष्ट राख्नुप-यो के चाहिँ बिर्सेछ उनले। दर्शनको पक्षबाट पनि बुद्ध नाम noun होइन, यो संज्ञा होइन । यो विशेषण adjective हो। यसैले म बुद्ध हो भन्नु गलत हुन्छ। बुद्ध एक अवस्था हो, मान्छेको नाम होइन।बुद्ध हुनु भनेको त्यो परम सम्बोधिको अवस्था हो जहाँ कुनै समय सिद्दार्थ गौतम पुगेका थिए। बुद्ध नाम होइन, संज्ञा होइन, विशेषण हो अनि कसैले म बुद्ध हो भन्नु म बुद्धू छू भन्नु हुन्छ।सही तथ्यको निम्ति केहि गहिराइमा जानु जरुरी पर्छ, नत्र सारा अर्थ-कर्म अभिनय केवल हो।
People who r commenting here don’t know anything about buddha yet they are deciding this is buddha nd this is not. On what basis u r deciding?? U don’t know anything about god, godliness, religion. In fact u don’t know even who u r? People who don’t know themself are saying they know somebody else. This is called illusion.

Buddhism is a spirituality tradition which lineage starts with Shakyamuni Buddha and his teachings and realization validity has been pass through generation after generation till know .And Mahayogi Shreedhar Rana Rempoche has studied and has done intense 21 years of meditative retreat under such pure Buddhist lineage and has received permission from his masters as a lineage holder master. He is answering the question is Ram Bahadur Bomjan ji is a Buddha as per advertised in public or not according to the traditional Buddhist point of view.

This man is one of Nepal and India's most respected rinpoches. He was Hindu before, and he converted t Buddhism. He spent something like 20 or 30 years in solitary meditation. So if you really think you are more knowledgeable about Buddhism than this rinpoche you are rather a fool..
One can remain in solitary his/her whole life - it's his choice. But that doesn't means he/she became a Buddha or have attained the knowledge. Misguiding people with false statement is such a sin and especially in the name of Buddha or Buddha era. Good luck to you and hope you get well soon.
Himanshu Agarwal@ My friend, if you're saying "it's the Buddha himself" you are not misguided, but you are completely wrong. Buddha is not a name, a noun, it's an adjective. And it is a state of attainment of absolute wisdom. So far there is only one being who is conferred with that title. In a common parlance he is known as Buddha. There can be many Buddhas (just names) but there can be only one Buddha (denoting the sublime wisdom). The diiference is subtle, but the essence and meaning is grand. His real name is ... well everyone knows it.

I don't think that in the period of lord Shakya Muni Budhha there won't come any other budhha. I think that's false because we have another budhha in the period of lord Shakya Muni Budhha..he is His holiness the 14th Dalai Lama..this is from my own opinion..how is that??
You need to study Buddhist books and go to Buddhist teachings. His Holiness is considered by Tibetan Buddhists an emanation of Boddhisattva Avalokiteshwara, according to the tradition. You can also go and ask His Holiness yourself, or ask his Office. The will surely not tell you that he is Buddha. Please go and visit some rinpoche where you live and they will explain you. In fact, I am sure that you can 100% trust the teachings of this Ratna Shree Rana rinpoche what he is saying in this video, because he has lots of study behind him, he is in an established Tibetan guru-linage, and he stayed many years in Buddhist retreat. But Buddha taught we should always question and not blindly believe.

Guru doesn’t necessarily have to be human. One can learn from nature. One can get knowledge from clouds from dead body from sun from air from babies from river. Just drop ur ego and watch out. Universe itself is a guru.

I feel very sorry about whatever u have been gone through...but just asking is it possible that whatever negatives happen in his aashram ..."rambojan is unaware of all that...and maybe his followers are doing all the bad stuff without his knowing....like in reference to Tha Osho ......pls reply by your own experience
That’s exactly happened to my late uncle. He was a good monk. When he passed away, he was in meditation for 3 days. After cremation we found relics. That’s really happened, whole life he prayed and Buddha teaching.
Was he a Buddhist monk of Tibetan lineage? Very interesting. He must have lived a holy life. And your family is blessed.

As far as i have researched and known more about Rana Rinpoche, He has been testing all the religion in his whole life and finally found out the Buddhism as his final ultimate shelter for Enlightenment. Rana guru has spent more than 25 years of his life on meditation research and study of Religion. Very highly educated master filled with vast oceans of Wisdom and knowledge. Sarva Mangalam.

No He did not. Can you quote Gautama Buddha, where did He say this? Nowhere. It does not mean, that the Path of Enlightenment is not open to everyone equally. Tibetan philosophy has two truths: absolute and conventional truth. In discussion you should not mix the two truths, otherwise you break the rules of an intelligent and reasonable debate. Your problem is, that you are not trying to understand what the educated and experienced lama is saying, but you are searching for any "argument", even it has nothing to do with the context. As soon as you derail yourself into absolute truths, no argument would be good enough.

“One should not honour only one's own religion and condemn the religions of others, but one should honour others' religions for this or that reason. So doing, one helps one's own religion to grow and renders service to the religions of others too. In acting otherwise one digs the grave of one's own religion and also does harm to other religions. You can find the description of what Ram Bahadur Bomjon did to me in 2012 on my website The Halkhoriya Times, for example "Three months on chains in Ram Bomjon's Hell" article. Also in many videos of this UA-cam channel. I am that "Slovak woman kidnapped by Bomjon" story. And Junsei Terasawa is a famous "peace-march" activist Nichiren Buddhist leader, who was staying in Bomjon's Halkhoriy a compound prolongedly a some of his most trusted followers. He was bowing to Bomjon and being present during my tortures. The three months of horror, to the everyday drum tact of Terasawa created in me such a terrible association with your "om nam gyo ..." that when I heard it in Lumbini later on, I was frozen by the terrible memories. Nepal does not have a functional police, so tortures, killing, rapes are going on often without any investigation, when the perpetrator is rich and influential. I consider thus Nichiren Buddhist similarly hypocritical like any other Buddhist sect. Attending peace-conferences and speaking so much about "love" "peace" "compassion" but in the same time torturing, raping and killing human beings is a sin and an offense to Buddha.
Yes, I believe that many Westerners take Zen and other Buddhist sects more seriously than their very teachers somewhere in Japan, Korea, China etc. Yet, for me the crucial is how people behave in critical situations, when other people are harmed in their eyes. If they are idle and murmur something about "everyone has his/her karma" then they are hopeless impostors. Buddhism is about action and not repeated words, in my opinion.

Yes he did: 1, he claims he is Maitreya Buddha, which is the Future Buddha foretold by Gautma Buddha www.britannica.com/topic/Maitreya-Buddhism - he even names himself "Maitriya Guru" and allows his followers to consider him Maitriya Guru, Maitriya Buddha and maitriyanath. Even his website's name is Maitriya! You cannot fake it, you would contradict your own guru! 2, He claims that he had attained the Maha Sambodhi level: again, this is even his name, you all call him "Maha Sambodhi Dharma sangha" etc. You cannot fake it, this is the name you are calling him and writing about him! And it is because he himself told you that you should call him like that: "The English term enlightenment is the western translation of the abstract noun bodhi, (/ˈboʊdi/; Sanskrit: बोधि; Pali: bodhi), the knowledge or wisdom, or awakened intellect, of a Buddha." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlightenment_in_Buddhism. 3, From 2012, Bomjon is explaining to his followers, including foreigners, that he had attained a HIGHER level than Gautama Buddha. To attain HIGHER level, you must first attain the LOWER level, isn't it? Bomjon thus considers Gautama Buddha LOWER than himself. It means, he himself claims he had attained Buddhahood and plus extra more Budhahood than Buddha himself... I hope after my explanation you will not contradict your revered guru anymore!
From the records the name Buddha it didn't actually came from the horse's mouth, it was the BBC people who tagged him as the "Little Buddha", while making the feature film. However, people overtly eager to be attached with someone or some form that resembled Buddha quickly resorted to name him as the Buddha and be a part of the glory story. After that it's all history. But whatever it be later on he took up the garb of the Maitryee Buddha and that nicely took care of the eternal debate and irritants of being Buddha or then "not so little Buddha". He's doing fine now, cute guy he is, the present Maitryee Buddha.

@@eve5615 First of all, he had been repeatedly caught by many people lying. For example he claimed he will sit under the Ratanpuri tree 6 years. But he broke his vow after 10 months and he was wandering in various places before settling in Halkhoriya. So any time that he is claiming that he was sitting in motionless meditation and Tapasya in Ratanpuri 6 years, he IS LYING! Another example: he was ensuring Gyansagar rinpoche's team (100+ monks) that he would join them in Gadhimai in 2009. He LIED! He never went to Gadhi Mai, but he spent the time hiding in Rita Bot's village in Kajiram! Everyone knows this. He had been caught LYING by countless people, Nepali and foreigners. So how do you want to believe someone, who is LYING all the time, that he claims to be this or that?
Second: Bomjon always claimed that he was Buddha Maitreya! And Maitreya is Buddha! As every Buddhist person, lama or teacher, and they wil tell you, that Maitreya IS Buddha. Bomjon even named himself Maitriya Guru.
Third: Bomjon named himself Maha Sambodhi. If you search in Wkipedia and other sites, what is teh meaning of Sambodhi, you will find out, that ONLY BUDDHA was ever called Sambodhi! No one else! Thus, if Bomjon claimed he was Maha Sambodhi, he actually calimed to be Big Buddha!
Fourth: Bomjon told in front of followers in 2012, including Marty Donelly of Australia, that he is HIGHER THAN GAUTAMA BUDDHA. This claim had been repeated to Setopati reporters by Mani Lama at the Maitri Puja 2017 and put in the article. By claiming that he was HIGHER than Buddha, did he not claim to be "at least as high" than Buddha? If you claim that you have reached Sagarmatha peak, does this not mean that you have also been to the Base Camp already? It is NOT what I believe, but this is what Bomjon and followers of him claim and shout out to every direction.
Bomjon is very clever, he knows that if he claimed directly that he is Buddha, all Nepali, Indian and Tibeti Buddhists would turn against him. Instead, he is giving many other claims which actually mean the same.
That is still a misconception among general people they till now refer Tapasi Ram Bahadur Bomjan ji as Buddha , hence he is clarifying this misconception.
Then who was the guru of siddartha who made him buddha. Buddha means an enlightened one so i feel anyone can become buddha. Ramkrishna Paramhansha had no guru. Totapuri had no guru. Om swami has no guru yet they are enlightened being.

After Lord Buddha attained "Samyak Saboddhi " he said that " I have re discovered the wisdom of all previous Buddha's which is unheard now " and he also said that during his 4 innumerable eons of Bodhisattva practice he has recieved teachings from millions and billions of Buddha's of past , hence this state of his proved the importance of unbroken enlightened Buddhist lineage in Buddhism. You cannot talk about Krishna and his teachings by reading Bible , same as what is Samyak Sambuddha and his teachings one has to study and practice under unbroken enlightened authorized Buddhist master.

You can find by a simple search on Google, that Maitreya is a Buddha. Maitreya is the Future Buddha. The person who names himself Maitreya, probably believes (or rather wants others to believe) he is Maitreya BUDDHA. As simple as it is.
Maitriya Buddha is upcoming Samyak Sambuddha like Shakyamuni Buddha , as Shakyamuni has said his teachings will last for 5000 years and after similar or more time period of dark time a next Buddha will come to re-establish the path to Nirvana.

We can. Because Gautama Buddha had given a lot of teaching about who can be a buddha. Didi you read the Dhammapada? Didi you read the Sutras? This Rinpoche had read it all. So he has knowledge to distinguish who is buddha and who not. And not only knowledge. He meditated in solitary meditation for ten or twenty years. This is why everyone respects him in Nepal. He is an experienced and wise guru.

वास्तवमा कसैले बुद्ध हुँ भन्नु आफैलाई बुद्धू हुँ भन्नु हो। लामो विचार छ।
बुद्धले जे गरे जे जति गर्नुथ्यो त्यो पूरा गरेर गए। अब फेरि बुद्ध जन्मनु किन ? के काम छ घरिघरि जन्मनु पर्ने? के खोज्नुलाई जन्मनु ? के बताउनु छ अब?के छोड्नु बिर्सनु भएछ उहाँले ? बम्जनले यो स्पष्ट राख्नुप-यो के चाहिँ बिर्सेछ उनले।
दर्शनको पक्षबाट पनि बुद्ध नाम noun होइन, यो संज्ञा होइन । यो विशेषण adjective हो। यसैले म बुद्ध हो भन्नु गलत हुन्छ। बुद्ध एक अवस्था हो, मान्छेको नाम होइन।बुद्ध हुनु भनेको त्यो परम सम्बोधिको अवस्था हो जहाँ कुनै समय सिद्दार्थ गौतम पुगेका थिए। बुद्ध नाम होइन, संज्ञा होइन, विशेषण हो अनि कसैले म बुद्ध हो भन्नु म बुद्धू छू भन्नु हुन्छ।सही तथ्यको निम्ति केहि गहिराइमा जानु जरुरी पर्छ, नत्र सारा अर्थ-कर्म अभिनय केवल हो।
People who r commenting here don’t know anything about buddha yet they are deciding this is buddha nd this is not. On what basis u r deciding?? U don’t know anything about god, godliness, religion. Your concept of Buddha era is not true. You are mis guiding people. It is not you, I and we decide. It's the Buddha himself.
This man is one of Nepal and India's most respected rinpoches. He was Hindu before, and he converted t Buddhism. He spent something like 20 or 30 years in solitary meditation. So if you really think you are more knowledgeable about Buddhism than this rinpoche you are rather a fool..
One can remain in solitary his/her whole life - it's his choice. But that doesn't means he/she became a Buddha or have attained the knowledge. Misguiding people with false statement is such a sin and especially in the name of Buddha or Buddha era.

Buddha is not a name, a noun, it's an adjective. And it is a state of attainment of absolute wisdom. So far there is only one being who is conferred with that title. In a common parlance he is known as Buddha. There can be many Buddhas (just names) but there can be only one Buddha (denoting the sublime wisdom). The diiference is subtle, but the essence and meaning is grand. His real name is ... well everyone knows it.

I don't think that in the period of lord Shakya Muni Budhha there won't come any other budhha. I think that's false because we have another budhha in the period of lord Shakya Muni Budhha..he is His holiness the 14th Dalai Lama..this is from my own opinion..how is that??
You need to study Buddhist books and go to Buddhist teachings. His Holiness is considered by Tibetan Buddhists an emanation of Boddhisattva Avalokiteshwara, according to the tradition. You can also go and ask His Holiness yourself, or ask his Office. The will surely not tell you that he is Buddha. Please go and visit some rinpoche where you live and they will explain you. In fact, I am sure that you can 100% trust the teachings of this Ratna Shree Rana rinpoche what he is saying in this video, because he has lots of study behind him, he is in an established Tibetan guru-linage, and he stayed many years in Buddhist retreat. But Buddha taught we should always question and not blindly believe.

Guru doesn’t necessarily have to be human. One can learn from nature. One can get knowledge from clouds from dead body from sun from air from babies from river. Just drop ur ego and watch out. Universe itself is a guru.
