I love our African culture because of the social capital aspect. We have each other we can lean on, hang out with, eat and Merry together. That was alot of yummy foods for you alone sis while filming too. Wow!! Women and multitasking, it's a blessing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful moments with us, everything looks so mouth watering good.
I totally agree! social ties (capital) is everything. God knows how many times we've depended on these friends for help, especially with our kids. No man is an island. Thanks for watching my dearest sis!😍😍😍
You did really good job preparing all these delicious and beautiful meals. It’s not easy standing on the feet all day but the end result was truly worth it ❤️ also Your friend did a great job on the TZ like mine soft too! Amazing job done sis 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿❤️❤️😍

You are a well organized young lady and very clean. I love your kitchen and you are a great cook. I would love to taste all your meals. I love watching your videos and the way you cook. Wow 🤩 your husband and children are very blessed! I pray one day I’ll be able to cook like this for my family. My mum is like you, I’ve been a very blessed child but I’ve enjoyed the eating without the learning so now it’s time for me to learn 😅😆
Love how you wash the meats. 😀 Wow i haven't seen fresh goat meat like that since my farmer Jamaican grandmother bought some from the butcher shop near her house
I am a new sub. You bless me with your videos! When you said that you would be honored to have us at your table, it brought a tear to my eye! I love the way that you explain your meal and cook with such care. Thank you for inviting us into your kitchen. Much love to you!
I’m your newest follower. Ooh how I love your kitchen, not to mention all that tasty delicious looking meals. I’m gonna try all those recipes one at a time. From the look of things I need to stock my kitchen with spices and a lot more ingredients. Much love from Kenya 🇰🇪

Sis, my feet might ache every now and then, but for the most part, I just waltz through it. Cooking is simply my passion. I’ve done quite a few crazy orders in my time for sizable parties and did all the cooking alone. Also I work in a nursing home so my med passes involve long hours on my feet. And I surprisingly don’t like to sit and cook. It slows me down😃😃😃
Today is the first time I have seen your videos and I looked at four one after the other and I think most all day I will be watching your impressive videos and I think you are the best
You are such a joy and inspiration to watch. You can cook girl! Your serving pots are soo beautiful, can you please leave a link for purchasing similar🙏🏾
Try putting wet paper towels under the cutting board also. It works the same way and you can totally dispose of them. This helps with spreading more bacteria than necessary from the chicken.
The green stuff called okra resembles an African oriented dish from Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean called Callaloo. We use taro leaves and okra in our dish. This dish is cooked among the African descendants in several of the other islands of the Caribbean. Relics of our past. Such similar recipes. In Trinidad & Tobago we cook a rice dish called Pelau. We brown sugar to flavor the rice not using tomato. We use either beef, chicken or even pork as the meat with pigeon peas, pepper (optional) and seasonings. We also cook it down by steaming. It's our national dish along with the callaloo.
This is soo good! Learnt a lot! I have never tasted TZ ! Will definitely try it sometime. The video also reminds me of " come dine with me " a show on BBC
Another great motivational cooking video that has inspired me! I love your personality and delicious recipes. Quick question, what is the brand of palm oil you used?

I’m glad to see someone FINALLY clean meat before cooking it. People swear it spreads salmonella all over the kitchen, but that’s false. Meat already has enough bacteria. Scrubbing some of it away can’t hurt. I would like to have seen her skin the fish and goat. Yummy spread!
