I usually never comment on videos, but i just wanted to say i love watching your videos as they make me feel less alone in being single and struggling with the whole dating thing because everyone around me seems to have it figured out. Love that your videos are real and relatable ❤️
I’ve always thought this about your videos because I have a friend who seems like you - you seem to want to have a chill and consistent daily routine which is nice. But something about the way you talk about health, food, beauty, just makes me feel like: while these things benefit you when you focus on them to a certain degree, they are clearly a source of constant stress for you. Like you not doing a workout, or you eating a burger would ruin your day and make you feel like a bad person. Or if you don’t get your 9 hours of sleep you will convince yourself the next day that you feel like shit even though if you didn’t hyperfixate on it you would probably get through your day just fine and probably, feel good! The human body is SO adaptable but so often we are convinced of extreme “good” or “bads” because that’s what industries to do be able to market us certain lifestyles (even the health/wellness/self-care kind). Some other commenters may be on the right track with suggesting if you get to chat with a therapist about this stuff, maybe it will help you in trying to find the right balance for you and your mindset. Hope you feel better soon.
Melissa I highly suggest trying to be sober, it has been life changing for me. Time to time I do go out with my friends but it’s nice not to be hungover and anxious and depressed the next day.
I use to relate so much with your struggles about having a balanced life and like you said, I think that theoretically it is possible. Realistically I think you should try your best but at the end prioritize what makes you happy and find a balance that works for you without overloading yourself with unnecessary stress and never ending goals to reach perfection. Once you have that, everything becomes clear and easier to deal with and you truly can find your happy place. ❤
I think you need to stick with the projects you have already started like the podcast but maybe have guests on. Also your nutritional coaching. Love your videos! ❤️

And I everytime I see one of your videos you remind me so much of one my close friends, recently she starded going to therapy and it made such a change in the way she feels about herself and her relationship with the world. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but maybe therapy could really help you deal with this feeling of beeing stuck in the same place (as you mentioned about your annual goals), help you better understand yourself and your relations. I dont know, its just a suggestion to think about.
I think most people feel like they do not have a balance with all the things in life. I am a work from home mom of 2 and my kids stay home with me. My husband sometime travels for work and I know I don’t put my health and sleep first and it shows. I loved the coat try on and the whole vlog is cozy. ❤❤

Firstly, thank you for your down to earth videos. I live in Vancouver too and I find your content relatable and fun. So I’m going to offer an idea… do you think your limitations might be ADHD? I felt stuck in some cycles and I see that in you too. Getting diagnosed had been a game changer for me. Just throwing it out there with love not judgement. Happy to share any info if you want to talk to someone who’s been through those feelings too. It can be so frustrating seeing the same goals and zero progress when they feel like non negotiables, but try not to be too hard on yourself :)
Oh my god you are SO lucky, I LOVE my Nespresso Vertuo machine!!! I just put in an order today for all the fun holiday flavors (skip the pumpkin, go for the peppermint and roasted peanut). Was debating the advent calendar but I already bought so many pods! Would love your thoughts on the coffees you got. Definitely a great machine for a quick cup (or espresso martinis)
Do not feel bad at all. It happens to many of us, I know it happens to me. As a Leo, I am very social. I love being around people having a cocktail and being the life of the party. But every time I do, I lose focus on my projects, and I start hanging out with the wrong crowd. I spend more money than I should , and I lose interest in my health . And I hate that feeling , being all over the place and not organized with my life. Maybe you should start your candle making again. I make handmade soaps as a side project we could collaborate...one day ha!. I don't know, just an idea. 😊🌟
Melissa could you please do a before and after of using that Ugg cleaning kit? I was thinking about buying that but I also read you can dry clean your boots. So not sure what route to take.
