I actually watched this video twice! Throughout most of the video I thought there were four members of the team co-ordinated towards achieving the impossible who were worth their weight in gold, Nathan, the chap with the camera on his head (sorry I didn't know his name), James and THE DOOSAN! It was a fascinating episode, to watch the replacement of that cumbersome shaft in a really confined area, hindered by Baxenden sunshine (of course).
The Doosan proved your point, James, it was the right time to buy, a good gamble, even with the bouts of 'downtime' that machine has proved to be a mainstay of the business and both it and the baler have been the fulcrum on which the business has turned.
Wise buys and wise guys - what more could you ask for?

It's the remote wire to the starter mortar. Run a wiire from ignition barral to the remote start pin in the starter. You find it's not registering being in neutral. When you run another wire it will start even if in gear.

Great video. Love seeing the action at the yard. So as a back up to the bailer. Get a large skip, & reinforce the bottom, sides & top with some bracing.
Fill it full of enough suitable weight to ensure when the scrap handler lifts it with chains that the heavy skip crushes body shells in a monster truck style
It could boost shell crushing productivity alongside the baler, or if the baler stops again then at least you can still carry on crushing.
You need to keep spanners hammers bars in the bailer and leave them there ! Also a magnetic tray to put bolts in ....same for every machine . That cab on the bailer needs a good steam clean . So do you tracks ... your working area needs to be clean . Ok you are having a new floor laid ..if lorry's not coming crush to a box and move with fork lift . Two crushing cars . One stacking them away from working area . Your piles need to be better stacked once crush . Come on guys nearly there . Ian S
Good bit of work on the bayler. Hopefully, the ram is all sorted out now. Get the bayler buddies back on the job. It would be good to see a bit of what goes on in the garage stripping the cars from start to finish and maybe a live q+a. Have a great week, boys and zoe 👍

Good to see you got the ram done properly by a company and not just a half arsed job the daf looks better with the company name on im no truck mechanic could be a relay or earth or no power in wire the live wire put a tester on it and see as you said it will turn over doing the old trick on the back of it Im amazed the camera straps fit (on brads head mr know it all) 😂🤣 but good to see the bailer fix just hope it doesn't break down again as you nearly rebuilt it only engine and the hydraulic pump and valve block left i do feel sorry for how unlucky you have been with it but keep up the hard work lads 👍
the mouse slipped it was meant read more efficient to making the yard better and hopefully the bailer will last a long time👌👍

check the neutral switch on the gearbox as its a common issue on the dafs, its next to the reverse switch
Struggled to watch you lay the shaft onto a thin edge of a metal box - was there not a piece of wood in sight? And what happened to your radios? All that yelling, my wife asked me to turn down the volume twice 😂 Jeez guys, I've been rooting for you and the bailer but today was a tough one to watch! Liked and subscribed and not losing hope. You should set a standard, for how clean the hi vi clothing must be. All laughing aside, the clothing is there to preserve life. And I could bet that health and safety will watch your videos and just turn up one day for inspection.
Must be near 10 grand in parts and labour in that bailer by now get brand new on finance with a warranty you're best asset is the sprinter because you get what you pay for
Yay! Another video fixing the bailer, honestly, the early videos were great, and it looked like the future for the channel was good, but i hate to say it, is just a boring rehash now, week after week.
We are recording what happens in the yard it’s a vlog the footage is real. We can’t help or predict what happens in the future all we can do is record it and vlog it for you guys .
