When she clenches her fist, it all dies. She tries to play fair (which is how Marisa and Reimu beat her) but if anything besides a small sting where danmaku hits is at stake, she'll probably just kill everything.

Touhou is a Bullet Hell (or Danmaku) Shooter. You have to travel around the stage while avoiding barrages of bullets and shooting enemies.
This song is from Touhou 6, which has as final boss Remilia Scarlet, a vampire that's the master of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
This is positively glorious.
Some serious type of kirby final boss vibes from this, like your facing some interdimensional Overlord that tricked you after you went searching for your cake

Nah Flandre is the best but Remilia is more suitable to be like some kind of queen because she is much more serious (although she is very childish), and Flandre is like more insane and crazy so she wouldn't be able to have much control on he Scarlet Devil Mansion.
But Flandre is still the best!
