Self care is the key to success for that 3rd trimester! Book a prenatal massage or a pedicure, take some time to do an extended skincare routine, grab Omar for a quick weekend baby moon, something to just give you those moments of relaxation in preparation to deliver baby boy! You got this mama!
Eid Mubarak Dear Leena! I've never been pregnant but I so admire and respect your openness and willingness to share with others because this is a topic that is still not well known or discussed, especially prenatal depression. I'm also in awe of your drive and ambition Girl! You are amazing. If it were me, I'd probably be in bed the entire time. But yes, different seasons call for different things and right now, you're allowed to slow down and take it easy. You know, if anything, your family will be there for you after baby is here, so don't worry. But, your concerns are valid and love how you shared with us all to help others who may be going through the same thing. You are so beautiful, inside and out (Girl, the fact that your makeup is so flawless when you're not feeling great is beyond!). May Allah swt make it easier for you in these last months. Love you Leena!
Send you a big hug Leena. Very strong and brave to share how you feel. That is such an important thing to do. To show that you are also struggeing will help other women in your Situation. You are great. Keep on being gentle with yourself after Ramadan too. You are delivering a Baby. What more of a superwoman could you be.
Leena you are looking so beautiful madhallah. Hang in there. There’s a reason motherhood leads to jannah. It’s not easy on the heart, the body, the spirit.
Eid Mubarak to you and your family!! Hope you feel better soon InshaAllah . Im also a struggling working mom but I started accepting that I cannot do it all. Thanks for opening up about this, I feel like it is not talked about enough.
Thank you for sharing that. You're doing amazing...you're carrying a life, raising a toddler, working, and building a home which is a lot of things going on at once. Just try to relax more, everything will be okay, God willing.
Girl just take some time off for yourself , just to mentally prepare , don't feel pressure to upload videos, us mothers truly understand how hard it can be to multi task with one child let alone with a new born God willing. Just relax and take some time for yourself, God willing you'll be in good hands and everything will fall into place how it's meant to ❤
Don't worry Leena on the baby being breach in 31 weeks 😊 I am 39 weeks now and my baby was breach until the 36th and then eventually turned and became cephalic MashaAllah 😊❤ good luck to you and all the new mommies and mommy-to-bes out there!
Aw Leena, definitely take it easy, don’t put too much pressure on yourself and take one step at a time ❤ you’re doing great and have a beautiful family Allahumma Baarik hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well insha’Allah 💗💗
Prenatal chiropractic helped my baby girl when i was pregnant! Alhamdullilah she flipped head down after a few sessions being head up for a while lol Inshallah you have a smooth delivery ❤
I’m also a nurse. For some reason I knew you were before you said you were. We had the last twi in ( yikes) 13 months, I was nursing 2 at once, yes it can be done. I worked Friday, Saturday, Sunday, graveyard shift every other weekend. We had a 5 year old at the time we were pregnant. In the old days, when the dinosaurs 🦕 walked the earth we did not have very good ultrasounds. Mostly we could see the spine, and the arms. We had no clue what we were having. After 2 boys we had a girl. We had to move a lot for hubby’s job, he’s an engineer for a big company, or we might have had one more. Being an ER nurse, I knew I would always be able to find a job. The kids hardly knew I was gone, we were lucky, even when he traveled we always managed to find an au pair to live with us. With no family it can be hard. We tried to live in or close to college towns ( a hint another wife who’s husband worked with mine) they had 6 kids , she was also a nurse. I retired a few years ago on a medical, I was in a bad accident. Do I miss nursing, of course, but when I was so depressed, one of my doctors told me “ an education is never wasted “. Take care, hope that baby turns for you. I’m watching a series right now called “ Call the midwife “ it takes place in England from the 40’s ( right now we are in the late 60’s) it is amazing how those women would hold onto the end if the bed and the midwife was able to turn the baby” I highly recommend it. It started out on Netflix 10 years ago, is now on PBS - passport which they want a small donation, we have plenty of money but i cheapped out on them, we have so many streaming services, which we share with our friends across the street. You may enjoy it. Just my opinion. Wishing you a healthy and happy delivery.
Don't worry Leena.. My daughter was breach until 37 weeks until she decided to flip.. I was also freaking out but alhamdulilah she flipped last second.. Although my dr said its a very low percentage to flip at 37 weeks but I prayed so much and alhamdulilah it worked :) Baby boy will flip don't stress about it.
So sorry your feeling blue, try not to put so much pressure on yourself your growing your baby boy and taking care of a toddler. Your such a beautiful woman and wonderful momma! I hope you enjoy your Eid.
Aleena it's a boy thing. In know time he will be in your arms iA. And all will be forgotten. Happy times will take over and alyna will be a good wee helper to . Mash'Allah God bless x Eid Mubarak
Leena, don't put so much pressure on yourself (easier said than done, I know) and talk about your feelings to your spouse (or anyone) if you are feeling sad. Try to get outside and get a little exercise by just walking I think that will boost your mood. My first baby was also breech. He never changed positions but during my c section, it was discovered the cord was wrapped around his neck twice, so that is probably why he never adjusted. I was so grateful he was ok and that I did the C-section. Have faith, it will all work out ❤ Love your channel!
thank you soo much for arabic subs! actually my English isn't that good😿 but I want to tell u that.. I love u leena and all of your family..love amanda.. loren.. your mum and dad... I've been following you since 2019.. when i was 14 now am 18 in high school we called it in Jordan "tawjihi" ..by the way am half Jordanian and half Syrian .. If I ever meet you, I want to tell you how much I love you 💖 omg am so bad in English..😂 i wrote what I learned in school so yep 💆♀️ fainally.. Eid Mubarak for u and all of your family 💖💖💖
As Salaam Alaikum beautiful sister. I want to let you know you’re not alone with prenatal depression. I had that too with my daughter 9 yrs ago. I felt I was crazy or something was wrong with me for feeling so down. It’s normal first step is to recognize it and then do things that can help you with it. May Allah make it easy on you beautiful sister. Love you
May Allah give you a happy and healthy delivery and baby, keep making duaa till the very last moments of Ramadan. Indeed Allah is the most merciful and the most generous, and he always grants us we we truly believe he will.
My baby #2 was breech until 33 weeks (I think!!) I forget now exactly what week (I just had #4 - baby brain is real!) Your little man still has time to move. Have you heard of spinning babies? Those exercises got my baby to flip. 💕 Also, with depression, please talk to someone. I had awful prenatal and post natal depression for baby #3. Didn’t help that it was 2020 and we literally isolated from everyone, my family are in Europe, I’m in the US, we didn’t have child care and my husband almost missed the birth… But the stress and emotions of everything while you’re pregnant is another level. I found a wonderful pregnancy and postpartum counselor. She really helped. Only wish she’d been faith based so maybe there’s someone in your local community who can recommend a counselor/therapist who shares your faith, but it’s definitely worth talking to someone. Hugs mama. You ARE good enough - you are the one who has been specifically chosen to be mama to Elaina and baby boy. No one else can do that as well as you. ❤
I just wanted to say that you are really doing your best and more so don’t be sad ,I appreciate everything you do to your family and l wanted to tell you that you are not alone with this feelings I always feel that I am not enough at my school and educational life 🙂 may ALLAH make your delivery easy and your life happy ❤
